Wendy's — Restaurant in Niagara-on-the-Lake

I go to this Wendy's once a week or two on average, because the service and food quality are consistently good; few errors/issues over the years.

I've taken one star away, because this Wendy's and its staff never put mustard on the burgers; they provide mustard packets instead! The day of this review update, I ordered two single burgers and got only two little mustard packets for my burgers.

Convenient drive-thru for take out orders.

I often order using the Wendy's mobile app, but it's still buggy and sometimes frustrating. However, functionality with saved/favourite items seems to be better now.

Usually, we are ordering burgers & fries for the family, but also enjoy the chicken burgers and salads.

Perhaps most importantly, this Wendy's always gives me some of the most delicious fries, when I ask for the fries to be "extra crispy, double-downed" - be prepared to wait EXTRA LONG if you do so - the longer it takes to bring those...

Burger was good, fries were average. The issue I had was with the half salad I bought. The bottom layer was all rotten. Translucent lettuce, brown lettuce, black/green lettuce and a dark green paste That once was lettuce. I called to complain, I had my receipt AND the salad but I was already back to work and they gave me only 7 minutes to return it. I was offered a replacement but no refund or anything for the hassle. They did up it to a full meal until the other “manage” called me the following day to insinuate that I was trying to rip them off. Ordered on app on way to work says they open at 9am on Sunday. Got there at 950am pulled into drivethru no one answering I parked and went inside 3 people walking around in back gates at counter still shut still shut. They were all ignoring me finally one comes up and says yeah. I explained I ordered off app am I gonna be able to pick up since it seems you are open and I was late for work not the first time something like this has happened at this location.
