Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend visiting this location for Personal safety reasons. The restaurant has a locked bathroom that you need to ask A staff member To open due to the amount of drugs and transient people that frequent this establishment. They have a sign that tells you to be careful in the bathroom due to the drugs that are used in the bathroom. When we were there, there were two homeless /very evidently on drugs transients in the restaurant, Falling off of stools, Draped over tables, And another one was talking to himself and walking about the restaurant-Making people very uncomfortable.(You could tell by there body language) Enjoy watching When I asked the staff why the bathroom was locked-She explained that the use of drugs in the bathroom has accelerated to such a degree that I could get contaminated by touching the drugs when they are left on the counter as a patron. When I asked her why the police were not assisting-She explained that the police have become apathetic as there’s really nothing they can do. The transient still come back and hang outside and inside the restaurant-clearly, high on some type of drug. When I contacted the police, I was informed that Even though I felt unsafe as a patron, there was nothing they could really do and that those drug users and homeless people were allowed to hang out in the restaurant. -in the end, it’s up to the restaurant owners and management to do something about it.
When you enter the building, there are homeless people Camped at the front doors, With drug paraphernalia and needles in the parking lot.
As a concerned, citizen, and a mother, I will not be visiting this location again. It is sad that Wendy’s nor Tim Hortons has done anything for the safety of their staff, or the people that want to visit. I know I’m not the only one that feels this way, as it is evident by the amount of people that were not in this location during prime hours.
I suggest you take your business elsewhere, maybe Starbucks-where it may cost you a bit more money however it is definitely a safe...
Read moreWe usually wait almost 10 mins for our food and our orders are almost always wrong. Staff always seems to be incompetent and the ones who were good are gone. This restaurant has removed all utensils/straws/ketchup cups from their counter about a year ago, so make sure you ask (twice, cause I promise they will forget). It's an eat-in restaurant but you would think they try to discourage this. An example of service: We were in just today for 2 frosty's. How hard is that? But the girl just took my money and stood there. She served the next person who wanted a frosty as well and she immediately got their frosty and he was served first. Another girl then made our frosty's and tried to serve them to me with a salad too. I rate this restaurant 1 star because I have to to write this review. Wendy's has always been my fav take out restaurant, but I will never visit this location again. Absolutely ridiculous service for several years. Deserves 0 Stars. I should also mention they are not above adding ingredients not listed in their menus (ex I ordered a spicy chicken wrap once and the staff joked about a SPICY wrap on order. I watched them pour hot sauce on my wrap and took it in good faith that they weren't honestly tampering with my food. I nearly choked from the extreme spicy sauce that kid used. Management took my complaint and the very next day a barrier was put up between counter and kitchen so you can no longer see them preparing your food. That's how management dealt with the complaint. I don't usually review my dining experiences good or bad, but this Wendy's location has always had the worst possible service and operates...

Looked at the bill and saw it was someone else's order that had an iced tea (yuk again) They gave the right burger and a fresh fires. Good ty , I said I ordered coke but this bill says the drink is Ice tea ,is this ice tea? Two employees assured me it was not ice tea only the bag had been wrong. Halfway home and its bloody ice tea. It's not worth the 15 min drive back but seriously annoyed. $16.13 for a messed up burger and a drink I had to throw out and a frosty with no spoon because they gave us the wrong bag. CHECK YOUR FOOD before you...
