The Taco Hole — Restaurant in North Cowichan

Dry, dense, gritty and sand like or four words I would use to describe the taco hole. Went here because Get in the loop recommended them. I got their vegan chorizo tacos and two orders of churros cause I figured you can’t go wrong there, but they proved me wrong. The churros were dry, gritty and sand like it was like eating a pool noodle. The tacos were also dry and a very strong onion smell. The service was OK. They didn’t ask very many questions and they said it would take five minutes which it took about 20. Also very over priced for what you get! Wouldn’t recommend will not be back not...

i always doordash the nachos and its literally my favourite thing in the world. it’s genuinely so tasty and comforting i love it so much!! ive only tried the nachos, birria fries, and the birria tacos and i LOVE them so much. Its actually heaven!! the ONLY downside to the taco hole is they close so soon!! after school im tryna get me some nachos but im so disappointed to find out that they are closedd!!! its so very sad i love their food so much!!!!!!!! and i also try to order on weekends but they are closed on weekends!! so every weekend i am unhappy because i dont have “the taco hole”s food...

Delicious food, would absolutely reccomend! The vegan chorizo burrito is the best vegan burrito ever I've had and my partner also enjoyed it. I think the combo of tofu, lentil and potato with the chorizo spices was great. We added a medium salsa on the side and it was a perfect addition. The chicken tinga had flavourful chicken, fresh lettuce and tasty feta. The prices are fair, the quality and quantity you cannot beat. We will definitely be back again, don't miss this...
