I came in for an espresso. Place has been renovated and looks great. My concern is that they have no espresso cups when staying for coffee. Completely kills the experience. If you are a coffee shop espresso cups are mandatory 👌. Other than that it's a cute spot.

I've been to a few different locations of the 'Coffee Around the World' coffee shop, and the Westview Plaza is my favorite. It's cozy, and they serve a delicious special date pastry along with nice sandwiches. The atmosphere of the coffee shop is also very good.

Great location

RECENTLY RENOVATED…

Changes are nice enough. Fewer tables available.

Not sure what’s going on with their outside furniture. The old, useable stuff is gone. Replaced with weird oblong table, silly footstools and an old coffee table from near the fireplace. PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR OUTSIDE FURNITURE. It looks unprofessional and is not comfortable.

[update: still no improvement in the patio furniture despite negative feedback from many people.]

Bathrooms now multi-gender and have been update. Hand dryers only, no paper.

Coffee is still only okay, can be bitter. Baking (muffins and scones) still stale much...

"I recently visited Bean around the world ( THE BEAN) and had an amazing experience! I ordered a cappuccino and a blueberry muffin, and both were absolutely delicious. The cozy atmosphere made it the perfect spot to unwind, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. I also loved the unique décor and the soft music playing in the background, which added to the overall vibe. They really made me feel welcome, and I can't wait to go back to try more of their menu. I highly recommend [THE BEAN WESTVIEW ] to anyone looking for a great place to enjoy some coffee...

I never like leave bad reviews but the service & experience I received today was really poor. My chai latté was barely warm, i asked for oat milk & got dairy & she shorted me a dollar when giving back my change then basically threw an extra loonie at me when I pointed it out. I think maybe the barista was just having a bad day but when paying $6.45 for a beverage I’d like to enjoy it. After her tossing the extra change my way I didn’t bother mentioning that my drink was cold & the milk was wrong. I just said thank you & left but won’t be...
