I am not a regular customer at Caffe Artigano but I can’t ignore what an amazing experience I had today. while I was passing nearby this coffee shop with my daughter, I only stopped to listen to the song that they had in their event. The beautiful lady who came and served ice-cream with affogato Shot was communicating with everyone and whole time I just watching her Because I my own job I know what the customer communication is important. Anyway, she and her amazing team made I and my kid’s day today. Big thanks and love to her and very glad to find such an amazing friend in my neighborhood. Elizabeth me and Hannah love you so much. See you very soon again .♥️

We stopped by here in the middle of a walk to get some energy for the walk home. The space is very roomy and they have lots of outdoor seating which we took advantage of as it was a nice day. My wife ordered a savoury biscuit with cheese and chives I think with a flat white coffee. The biscuit was tasty and the coffee helped her reenergize for the walk home. I ordered a shaken strawberry lemonade and a chocolate croissant. The lemonade was so refreshing and sweet but not too much! The croissant was flaky and delicious! We had a good pit stop to refuel and had enough energy for the walk home! Definitely worth a visit!

The coffee is pretty good, they were quick serving our to go lattes. The service was friendly yet unorganized. Got two sandwiches to go, those took quite awhile. When we got to the car we realized one of the sandwiches was in pieces. We had to go back anyways because they forgot our 2 water bottles. I showed the barista the sandwich and she said she could remake it but it will likely fall apart again?? It was a 10 buck veggie sandwich. Total order for 2 lattes, 2 bottles of water and 2 sandwiches was 40 bucks. I'd only go back for the coffee.

Ordered 2 coffees and 2 breakfast sandys. After paying and sitting down outside The cashier came out shouting "I need to drag you back in here, your payment failed" Which when out of context puts us in an uncomfortable position with the entire north side of edgemont village hearing our payment failed. They should have checked the receipt that it said approved. Anyway, that got sorted And after receiving the coffees, we asked about the sandwiches. The employee said "oh right let me get those started." This is over 10minutes since our order was placed and she had to hand make them to order then toast it. So we got a refund for that thank god because we were on a shedule and were not told they needed so much prep time. Breakfast Sandwiches cost $8 each btw so make sure to check your bank balance before...
