Booster Juice — Restaurant in North Vancouver

Unbelievably atrocious experience with the manager, Kat (a Filipina lady(just in case she gave me a wrong name)). I walked in with only 2 customers, a father and son, in the store. Kat was finishing their order… but even though the chime went off, she did not greet me, say she would be right with me, or even look over to say “hi”. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, and after a minute or two, I said “hello” with a smile, and she looked over extremely unpleased with me and said “hello?” with a lot of attitude. I was shocked to say the least and she basically continued to behave like I was a huge inconvenience. After she finished the order, did a little cleanup, and then went to talk to her associate, she finally approached the till. I asked if everything was okay, and started to rant about how she was so busy when I walked in, and how frustrating her job is… I was more disgusted and appalled than I’ve ever been at any establishment prior, so I couldn’t even bring myself to order anything, and just walked out. The worst part for me is that I am moving to that area. But after this experience, I will never step foot in this specific Booster...

I came here with 3 co workers for lunch. We ordered smoothies and 3 out of 4 of us ordered chicken wraps. Over the next couple days, my 2 coworkers and I, who had ate the chicken wraps, came down with food poisoning. One of us was admitted to the hospital. When trying to get in contact with the franchise of this store, she said she would call me back but never did. She then ignored my calls. My coworker who was admitted to the hospital, tried contacting her. She told him to go back to the hospital. The people who work at this store have provided a pleasant experience everytime i have gone to grab a quick lunch. The franchise of this store could have at least apologized. Food poisoning is not a joke. But she took the easy way out, i hope this womans recklessness does not kill someome...

Two people were working when my friend and I came in to get smoothies, we were the only customers in the store at first. The one guy took my order and then they started making it without taking my friends order. Then while they were making my smoothie another customer came in, he was clearly a regular as the one worker greeted him and told his coworkers what to start making. He then walked over to the till and completely ignored my friend who was standing there with his card out waiting to pay and proceeded to put through the other mans order right in front of us without acknowledging my friend at all. We ended up leaving before my friend ordered because the service was so terrible. Would...
