Absolutely horrible experience at Bubble Tea Bluemoon. My son's drink cup literally broke because of their cheap, flimsy design — the lid was way too thick and tight, and the cup buckled and splashed the entire drink all over his clothes. Instead of apologizing, they snatched the broken cup from him and threw it in the trash, offering no replacement, no refund, and definitely no kindness.

The staff were careless and completely unprofessional. No empathy at all, just greedy attitude and zero accountability for their poor product. How can a bubble tea shop not even stand by their own cup quality?

If you care about your kids, your money, or basic respect, stay far away from this place. There are so many better bubble tea spots that actually treat customers like...

Low quality of tea and bubble. Cannot compare with any other bubble tea shop in Burnaby, Vancouver or Richmond. Definitely not worth the price they charge. Too sad, we don't have many choices in North Van. With the same price or even cheaper, you can find better quality in any other Chinese bubble tea shops. I will then go to Intea close to the Quay or ChatTime at the Park Royal. Also bad customer service; no labels on the cups to tell which is which when we ordered four cups last time. But no next time definitely. Hoping more great bubble tea shops will come...

My first experience with bubble tea. I really do not know much about it but my youngest daughter wanted to try it so I found this place and we popped in. I told the nice lady it was our first time and she made some suggestions! We picked pineapple as we wanted to start with something simple! It was delicious! The pearls were good to. Good Covid protocol in place. One group/customer at a time...order...then wait outside until your drink is made. Nice fresh drink. Reasonable price. ...
