I was disappointed with my experience here. The customer service is very poor, and there is no passion for the work, and when you ask questions, the lady just try to brush you off quickly. For example, I asked if a pastry was chocolate and was told “yes,” but when I got home it tasted like dates, ginger, and other ingredients that didn’t taste good at all. Another time, I asked about a cake and was told it was mocha, but after tasting it, it was clearly chocolate. I even found a blue label stuck on the cake that said “chocolate,” proving it wasn’t mocha as claimed.

When buying assorted pastries, instead of asking me how many of each I wanted, they just filled the box quickly with whatever, as if they just wanted to get rid of me. Even when you are the customer in that moment! There is no enthusiasm, no respect for the customer, and only short, impatient replies.

The cakes also have way too much cream, which feels like it’s done to cut costs rather than provide quality. On top of that, the sweets are extremely sugary, and in one roll cake I bought, I even found four hairs inside, which forced me to throw the whole cake away.

I am usually a very patient person, and despite several bad experiences, I still gave this place more chances. But unless I hear that they’ve made improvements and at least show the effort to give customers proper answers, I will not...

I am writing this review to express my disappointment with a recent experience. After being a loyal customer for over 15 years, I encountered an issue with my purchase of Bamieh and Zulbia. The items were not fresh; they were dry and stale. When I called to return the products, the girl who sold it, accepted the return. However, I was surprised when Saeed only refunded $18 of the $23 I paid, charging me $5 for what was essentially stale and unsatisfactory products. This decision was based on the weight of the package, which felt unfair given the circumstances. My daughter had already tried the Bamieh and noted it was not up to the usual standard. Since I was not home at the time, I asked to try the Zulbia to see if it was the same before returning everything.
