I've been a loyal customer of this butchery for 11 years and as a business owner myself, I've always appreciated their great products and friendly customer service. The team has always treated me with respect, and I've been happy to recommend them to others.
However, my recent experience with a staff member named Shadi left me quite shocked. I usually park at the back door, as I have done for years, but when I entered the shop, Shadi spoke to me in a very rude manner in front of all customers , telling me that I wasn’t supposed to use the back door. I was surprised, as this was never an issue before. I simply suggested they put up a sign if the back entrance was off-limits. Instead of explaining politely, she continued to be rude, giving incorrect information about the products I asked for and twisting my words. This lady has no understanding about customer service.

He said 400 grams sliced meatloaf. She said "Now?? We're closed." News flash - they were still open according to door open, people shopping, and hours posted on front outside of business. My husband asked. What time do you close? She said "7:30." My husband checked the time. It was 7:45. She begrudgingly said "OK, I'll do you a favour" When he asked also for Pizza Pepperoni slices, she refused. Upon leaving the store, he checked the hours of business. The closing time on Mondays is 8:00pm. She and others "working" there have exhibited similar behaviour to these attributes of dishonesty and laziness.
