Admittedly I have not had a lot of Phò in my life so as a novice I ordered the large noodle soup with eye of round steak for $9.45 (plus tax, and please tip; it's Covid times.) I barely finished and then went into a flavor coma for a couple hours, it was so delicious! A Very well balanced deep flavored aromatic broth, plenty of noodles and lots of fresh toppings. Well worth the price for the amount of food you get! The second time I ordered I was sporting a proper hangover too and it brought me back to life. There are magic restoration forces at work here... This restaurant is amazing because it is tiny and the windows are always steamy when you walk by which means that delicious slow-cooked broth is being pumped out constantly and the whole vibe is that of a local's secret. If this place were listed on Netflix it would be under Hidden Gems, and if you need some comfort food give 'em a try today!

Today I tried a Vietnamese restaurant called “Pho” for the first time at this particular address, and ordered their soup number 16. While the portion was definitely large, the amount of meat was really disappointing. Out of the 4 types of meat that were supposed to be included, I only found 2, and even those were in such tiny pieces that it was almost nonexistent. When I asked the staff-woman working here about it, she just insisted the meat was there, but it really wasn’t. I mentioned that this wasn’t fair and that I couldn’t leave a tip for such a misleading dish. Instead of any apology, the woman started yelling at me. Even when I spoke to another staff male member, he didn’t seem to care and told me to leave if I didn’t like it. They said they didn’t mind if I left a bad review on Google. So here I am. Overall, very disappointing experience and I wouldn’t recommend it!

Really good. I’m not sure why this place is ranked below 4 stars. Peanut sauce was amazing and I’m a peanut sauce snob. The beef in the soup was a good grade of meat which was more like juicy brisket. The broth was fragrant. And the salad rolls were great A+

[I have eaten PHO here many times before and have been satisfied to my expectations] I ordered take out and unfortunately they gave me the wrong food and I was charged for the wrong food as well (more than I should have). I didn't notice until I got home and so I called them, hoping I could pick up what I actually ordered, or at least tell them to make sure someone else didn't get the wrong food too. She told me "customer wrong" and that I got the right food (which I didn't). I tried to remain calm on the phone but the woman continuously told me that I was wrong. I work in a restaurant and so I was trying to be understanding of the situation. I found the customer service to be awful and the food I received was not amazing either. Won't be...
