McDonald's — Restaurant in Northwest Industrial

2023: I already wrote a bad review for this location a few years prior to this. I continued to go here because it’s close to my house although I won’t anymore. I had alright service a few times in-between the previous review and now. The last 2 times I ordered delivery from the McDonald’s app was completely messed up. The first time: I got 2 items, 1 was right.. but I ordered 4 items. How do you miss 2 items completely? Today, my drink was 1/3 empty. I’m so frustrated that no one at this location seems to do their job. I understand a few mistakes but at this point I’ve had more incorrect orders than correct ones.

2021: I’d honestly give a 0 if I could. This location regularly parks me for 10-20 minutes even if no one else is there. Sometimes they even park everyone but the drive through will be empty..? The last 2 times I went they completely messed up my order. The first time, I clearly specified that my family member was allergic to gluten and so I just wanted the egg and sausage no muffin.. I got a muffin so the whole thing was wasted. This morning annoyed me enough to write a review. I saw the Egg Bagel BLT is back so I went, I asked the women (Rhonda) I think? for no lettuce & she repeated “no egg” I said no just no lettuce.. of course I got no lettuce but no egg too. She had no idea what she was doing, she asked “just a sec” so I did. The person taking orders on the other side put 2 cars through while I waited. Not sure what’s hard about no lettuce? Me and my kid witnessed the lady manager mistreated a young lady worker yesterday around lunch time, because of a little mistake she made at the till punching in my order. The lady called the manager(or supervisor)for help, told her how she did the order, and the manager/supervisor rolled her eyes and said "Are you serious?" She pushed the lady worker and said "Get off the way!" She's rude and mean, I know how busy and overwhelming it gets because I worked at restaurants where it gets busier than yesterday at McDonalds and never witnessed a manager like her, mistreat workers. I know her name, and I told the lady worker, she's doing great but her manager is rude. She said "it's ok". It's never ok to mistreat your worker miss manager/supervisor of this restaurant! You know who you are! If you're not happy, don't take it on your worker!! Give your position to someone else who can manage or handle situations properly! You didn't even entertain the guy behind me who wants to talk to you, when you said "Wait a minute!" I waited for my order for 5-10 minutes, and he was still standing there when we left. please, someone talk to this supervisor/manager. Poor service, I can give her zero stars. I got there at 8:45 AM to get breakfast for me and my dog today. No one was at the first window, in fact I made eye contact with an employee and he walked away, so I went to the second window and paid for my food. I was then told to go wait in a reserved spot and in 2 minutes my food would be ready and I complied. Over the next 10 minutes I watched people get sent to the parking lot (overflowing the reserved spots at this point) and some people go inside to get their food. After seeing NO EMPLOYEES come outside to give anyone their food I went back into the drive through to complain about the long wait. The lady in the speaker offered me a refund from the payment window and that my order was ready so I went to the payment window. The Manager gave me a refund and said "have a nice day" to me WITHOUT giving me my order I had now waiting 15 minutes for. She waved me off and I drove away with a hungry dog in the backseat.

I don't know if you were unstaffed this morning but the service was atrocious with a rude manager who did nothing to make up for the massive wait me and a many others had to deal with. I was 10 minutes late to work when I would have otherwise been 10 minutes early to work given the buffer time I had given myself. Will NOT EVER be back here again if I...
