341 Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in Oakville

I waited a long time to try this place, but I shouldn't have waited. I got bacon strips, onions, and halal chicken on the pizza and it did not disappoint. I was going to get extra cheese but there was no option on skipthedishes, but it didn't matter anyway because this pizza had exactly the amount of cheese I'd have wanted. They use real chicken (not the frozen strips which are just gristle and sawdust) and the bacon strips were nice and crisp. The crust was excellent, it's nice to have a well rounded pizza (pun not intended) that also has a crust with great texture and a bit of chew.

I had a weird urge to get Jalapeno poppers and wings, and strangely enough that's the reason I finally made an order here. The wings were Hot & Honey, which turned out to be a good combination. They were generously sauced but not soggy, and they were a good size. This isn't really a complaint, but there was actually TOO much sauce on the wings. I didn't mind but it just seemed a bit wasteful to have a half inch of sauce in the container. I wasn't expecting much for the jalapeno poppers but they were actually pretty good as well.

Considering the assortment of available toppings, the quality of said toppings, and the quality of the dough, this is a very good place to get a nice pizza, regardless of what mood you're in. April 18,2019. BE CAREFUL WITH THE ORDER AND THE PRICE THEY CHARGE YOU. We called asking for wings, because the website doesn’t show the actual price nor full menu. We asked, how many wings do you sale? The person at he other side of the line said by 20. We told them we just wanted wings and we were looking for 30 or so, he said, 20 +12 and he will give us a good price and will be 15 min. We asked them how much, but he already hung up. We call again, and someone answered we ask for the price he said is going to be “fourtyish” what that means? Ok, we got there and we saw in fact they sell 15,21, 33, 40,60 and the price is fair, we asked him how much was gonna be for our order, he said $48. We obviously argued, how come he is going to charge us for something even more expensive than the menu, and we didn’t order combo, he stated we did, when we clearly didn’t. He said, ok I will charge you by the menu $32,75 we said, ok we take it even though we didn’t order a combo we take it. He said No, now I won’t give it you. We said ok, whatever 32 wings for $27,10 then he said, what are you guys going to do, you want to take it or not, I mean, do you want us to buy it. At this point we were confused. Keep on mind 60 wings combo are $39.99. This person wanted us to pay $48. I am very disappointed, we want to support local business. And this is what you get. Those wings...

Horrendously rude and unprofessional customer service!!!!!

Went to pick up wife’s order on the way from work. I only knew the order#

Soon as I entered the store, mentioned order#, was given the items.

Thanked and placed items in car ready to go. Suddenly, the store guy comes in and opens the car door without knocking, says I took someone else’s order, and grabs items in the front passenger seat and demands me to bring the items I’d kept in back seat.

After heading in, guy rudely questions why I took the wrong order and calls me a LIAR!

Isn’t the store responsible for making sure the correct order is given? How can store assume the guy picking up is the guy who picked the items in the order? Even if the wrong order is handed over, how can store behave so rudely to a paying customer by barging into their car without knocking?

All that was needed to be said was “Sorry buddy, I gave you the wrong order. Let me fix that for you”

I was picking up for my wife not knowing what she had ordered and hadn’t even left the parking lot in front of the store after picking up. Wouldn’t I leave right away if I knew I had gotten more than what I paid for?

And to make things worse, wife had paid extra $ to get the extra halal chicken topping. To my dismay after getting home, the pizza actually contained pepperoni. What the???
