Tim Hortons is a go-to spot for many, but my recent experience during the afternoon shift left much to be desired. Here are some key points from my visit: Understaffed Afternoon Shift: It was evident that the afternoon shift was severely understaffed. There were only a couple of employees trying to manage the counter, drive-thru, and other duties. Long Wait Times: The lack of staff led to long lines, both inside and at the drive-thru. Waiting 15–20 minutes for a coffee was frustrating and far from the quick service you’d expect. Visited During Christmas: I visited during the Christmas season, and while it’s understandable that this is a busy time of year, it seemed like the location was unprepared for the holiday rush. Better planning and staffing could have improved the experience significantly. Employee Effort: Despite being short-staffed, the employees were working hard and remained courteous under pressure. Unfortunately, their efforts couldn’t make up for the delay. Overall Experience: While the coffee and food were up to standard once served, the waiting time and lack of efficiency negatively impacted the overall experience.
Recommendation for Management: Tim Hortons should focus on proper staffing during all shifts, especially in the afternoons and during busy holiday seasons like Christmas, to meet customer demand and maintain its reputation for quick service.
Until this issue is addressed, I might avoid visiting during these hours or around...
Read moreAVOID this store. Staff, including so-called managers, are rude and belligerent. Sloppy drive thru service means breakfast/linch menus are never changed when they should be and frankly they don't care about this or customer satisfaction. When I asked a question about a menu item I could not see I got verbally abused. I was shocked and disappointed when all o wsntwd was lincg! Sadly It appears Tim Horton's corporate office condones this type of behaviour because after two calls to Customer Complaints no one has bothered to call me back. When I called first time I gave them full details including time day and managers name (which she refused to give me but was written in her badge). As a service business owner myself I suggested the review the drive thru audio tape. They sais that they woild and i would get a vall back. I did not. When I called back 10 days later they said they allowed the store to deal with the staff complaint internally. Does that means they allowed the store manager investigate and discipline herself? What a joke. Luckily there are still other better run Tim Hortons stores in Oakville. Avoid this one with the Pioneer Gas station anc North Service Road. I used to be a regular but service has got worse and worse and clearly...

Making food, taking orders and doing your job right isnt hard. I have 3 friends who owns restaurants and they never do this. They’re not big like tims but service is always better then tims. NEVER GO HERE PLEASE, This location always gives me problems, they are so rude and always are in a rush. I leave work to grab coffee and they make me wait 10 mins for 3 coffees, i just dont know why they only cause me problems. I hate this location, please hire people who has experience with restaurants not just ranfoms that are looking for jobs. I ask for milk in my ice coffee, they give it to me black. When ever i order 2 orders. They act like i didnt order anything. Every day when i go, they would yell because i would have a big order. Im a mechanic and im ordering coffees for mechanicaAt the speaker i tell them “can i have an egg & cheese no sause” she would say “egg and bacon?” I said “no, just egg and cheese” she would say “extra bacon?” Why does this tim hortants always give me problems.
