I recently visited a Subway store, and I have to say, it was one of the most enjoyable and satisfying experiences I’ve had at a fast-food restaurant in a long time. From the moment I walked through the door, everything about this place impressed me. The store was clean, bright, and welcoming, and the friendly atmosphere made it feel more like a community spot than just a place to grab a quick bite.

I love how I can build my sub exactly the way I want it – whether I’m in the mood for something hearty like the Steak & Cheese, or something lighter like the Veggie Delight. The ingredients are always fresh – the vegetables are crisp, the bread is soft and warm, and the meats and cheeses are perfectly prepared. Their sauces and toppings give me endless combinations to try, which means I never get bored of coming back. And let’s not forget the cookies – fresh-baked, warm, and chewy… they’re just heavenly!

Terrible customer service! I placed an order through Uber Eats and once I placed it i realized that I did not select not toasted so I called them immediately. Not even a minute after placing the order. When she answered the phone I wasn’t even sure if I was calling the right number because she just goes “Hello” in blunt tone. I told them that I had made a mistake and that I did not want my sub to be toasted and she speaks to her co worker in their language and goes we already toasted it. I asked if they could please make it again and she said no it’s only lightly toasted. I said okay but I do not want the cheese to be melted and she said no it’s not melted we put extra cheese. so i said okay that’s fine then and we hung up. Now looking at my sub there is clearly no cheese on it at all. Just the worst...

This is the third time I’ve ordered from this location from Uber eats and they’ve totally messed up my order. The first time I ordered a cold cut combo and they sent me a veggie and then they weren’t answering the phone so I couldn’t ask them about it, and the second time I ordered sun chips and they didn’t put the chips in even though it was still on the receipts And then just ordered now and I ordered a foot-long sub and a 6 inch and they sent me 2 6 inches! I will not be ordering from this place ever again!! Everything I ordered was on the receipt as if they looked at it and just decided to do whatever they wanted, oh and the order that came with 2 6 inches both had onions and I said no onions. I don’t understand how you get all these...
