This will be the 3rd and last time we visit this Oakville (Dundas) location. The first 2 were fine (that we knew of). The third today, June 10th in the evening, was disgusting and it left my spouse and I wanting to leave and grab a tea or something just to help disinfect ourselves. The floor had napkins and garbage laying all over, the tables were sticky and gross. We literally looked at each other as we ate (or tried to) with that look of "what are we even doing here".
The customer service was dismissive and she barely spoke english. She was also too busy horsing around with another staff member and what sounded like a child in the back. Yup, a kid! ...in the back! Of course not to be seen naturally. Who knows what was going on back there. I completely agree with the other review about the food handling.
Anyway, as we were dreading downing our food (not even sure why at this point) the counter woman started taking this other guys order with I guess his child. As he was speaking, the counter woman completely disregarded him & turned away in order to continue her convo with the other ones in the back. She had to apologize to the man waiting with his daughter.
Long story short and as they say, import the third world, you become the third world. Shameful. Disgusting. Even if I see a comment from the owner about let us make this right, based on all the other negative reviews (of which I'm now one), you clearly didn't take the situation seriously.

Read moreWent early hours of the morning at 4am after being out. We handed the employee a $50 bill for two combos and she said it was $48 which she never confirmed the amount before hand like most people do when ordering. We questioned when she said the price when she handed back $2. The order was wrong and we were charged for an extra beyond meat combo. She said there’s no manager so we would have to come back tomorrow for a refund. The lady at the drive thru got the order wrong and then told us she couldn’t refund it. We don’t live in Oakville and we’re just passing through from Hamilton so we said that we needed the refund now. The cook came from the back and yelled at us that the food is already made. At that point we were totally turned off and and didn’t want the food at all so we asked for a full refund and she said no. Once I began recording her she changed her tone and said she would call a manager to refund the order. It’s really getting out of hand that so many people working at these fast food places have no understanding of the Canadian English language yet are hired to work in customer service. I’m not against immigration but the vast majority of the population is facing the same irritation in customer service. The lack of understanding and quality has changed. Read moreThey messed up our order of four meals and we had to wait for the one order so one of us sat watching the others eat. About 10 minutes pass and an employee approaches us to explain the oversight and to tell us we OWE them $2.$$ because their cashier made an error when entering the combo meals. Not only did they make two mistakes on their part but failed big time in customer relations by deciding to nickel and dime we as (returning) customers who were waiting for a mistake in our order. We gladly paid the $2.$$ but will not return.
As a business, here's some business sense for the owners: had you dropped the additional $2.$$ charge, and, I don't know...perhaps offered a complimentary item for our inconvenience, or if you're basically that greedy, a courtesy would be to say sorry for the wait due to the delay and error, we would continue to be returning customers as we have been before this bad customer relations experience, and you would have continued to make even more money from four diners in future. Just a thought because we understand mistakes happen. We will be dining at other places when we feel like having burgers.
Also of note, is we noticed new faces of employees each time we went. Maybe their emoployee turnover...
