This location is my go-to ice cream store! The employees there were very nice and kept asking if I want more mixins/toppings:), you can add unlimited toppings in your ice cream which is so generous of them! The grab and go freezer is also an interesting place to explore, I personally like the “crumble” very much coz that’s a huge box full of ice cream for only 20 ish dollars if I’m not wrong, such a bargain! 🤩 Also, dt forget to ask for a coupon every time you go there (most likely they will voluntarily offer you one lol!), the coupons r very much useful, I have saved a lot of money using them!!! So why not taking advantage haha😆😆 I saw some negative reviews on here but personally I think if you bring your concerns and problems up to them, they will be more than happy to help you solve them and make it up to you bc all the staffs look so enthusiastic and helpful, they obviously want us to be satisfied and r willing to help us out but only if...

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. Ordered two kid-sized portions for my children, but one was significantly smaller than usual. When I pointed this out, the staff dismissed my concern, saying, “This is what it is,” with no attempt to fix it. I also noticed another employee compacting the second portion, seemingly to avoid confrontation. The staff, who appeared young and untrained, showed no regard for customer service. If you are getting ice cream, this is the place you are looking for... Their service is really nice, the staffs are all very friendly and welcoming. The store is also really bright and clean, they have the cone wall that is very beautiful and you can actually choose from those different type of cones. Most importantly, their ice cream are very good, I got a cheesecake icecream with skor, rasberry and strawberry... Omg... So good!!! I would definitely bring my whole family...
