barBURRITO — Restaurant in Oakville

The service at this BarBurrito location is exceptional. The staff are always super friendly and kind. I once placed an order late in the evening, not realising they were closing in 10 minutes. When I became aware that they were about to close, I said never mind, I don't want to keep you, I will cancel my order. The staff cheerfully said that they didn't mind. They insisting on making my order for me and they gave me service with a smile.

Another time, I was delayed in picking up an online order. The staff phoned me to check if I was still coming and to see if I was okay--so thoughtful! (I had already pre-paid for the order, so it wasn't like they needed me to come in order to get payment for it.)

More recently, they ran out of rice while they were making my order. I waited a few minutes while they finished cooking more rice. The staff were extremely apologetic about the delay. They even offered complimentary drinks and chips to thank us for our patience.

Even though I live closer to another location, I go to the Prince Michael location because it has the best service, IMO. Plus, they are open better hours. On the August Civic Holiday, the Prince Michael location was open, while the location at the Farm Boy Plaza in Oakville was closed.

The customer service at this location is second to none. You get a warm greeting every time you come in the door. Today was the second time I’ve come here for lunch during work, and the food is fresh and delicious every time.

Always go for the steak burrito. The owner suggested this item to me the first time I came in, and I will be getting it from here on out. Never tried Bar Burrito before last week, as I’m not crazy about chain burrito places, but I’m sold on this place for a quick and delicious fix while I’m in Oakville.

The owner knows what he’s doing here, is deep cleaning the restaurant every time I’ve visited, and has a full staff on that he is personally training to maintain high Burrito IQ.

Great job Bar Burrito Oakville, I will be a returning customer from here on...

This is a fast food Mexican restaurant with seating for about 10 people. The tables they have are meant for two people.

I had the tacos which included 3 tacos, nachos, and salsa. You can choose your meats, vegetables, and sauces. I was told their chicken and beef are halal. I enjoyed the tacos, they were tasty and felt light. The flavours were well balanced. The guy who served me was very nice and patient with me.

This is of course a fast food place, so the quality of ingredients are not going to match that of a dine-in restaurant. My review takes into account the...
