Horrible horrible horrible service! I went to get my regular order Gr Vanilla Cream Cold brew. I decided to try something different and change it up and get the caramel cream instead of vanilla. SIMPLE. Right .. nope. They mad it seem so difficult, it made me confused. When they brought my drink it looked horrible I knew I wasn’t going to like it. So I re ordered my usual order at the window just for them to not make it properly, PLUS I ordered a banana bread and they didn’t give it to me at the window I didn’t realized till after I drove off. and my coffee was disgusting! I called the location just for them to tell me they saw me not get my banana bread. (Before I drove off) So clearly the staff was trying to be difficult knowing what I meant when I placed my order, and knowing I was forgetting to grab my banana bread.
Why work for a company that’s suppose to have excellent customer service and don’t even have customer satisfaction skills. I’m sorry but Starbucks is already so pricy for the people they are hiring to not strive in customer service. Clearly I take my drinks personal as I should when I’m spending the amount of money that I do at Starbucks.

Read moreI placed an order on 29th december at drive thru at prince michael location. Shockingly, i found a piece of plastic of milk pouch in 1 of my drinks. When i called the store to complaint, they apologised and offered me a free drink or refund. I asked if i can return next day the girl said come anytime. On 30th due to some reason i could not go and i called to check if i can come late. The girl on phone said she has kept a fresh note with my name. I need not worry but can come any day and time. When i went to store today on 2nd January and ordered 3 drinks and told girl at front to adjust 1 drink and i will pay for rest of 2 drinks, she said she does not have any note for me. On explaining what happened, she said she said she does not have any note and that i have to pay for all drinks. I was so disappointed at the management and the way Starbucks deal with customers. Its not about money but about the committment given by the staff. I was expecting more professional behaviour and better customer service from the staff. I never wanted to put a bad review but seems the people at Starbucks do not care about...

As soon as I stepped forward to the pick up area and the guy with glasses and ponytail asked me to step back and put my beverage behind the espresso machine. I was asking him if my drink was ready. He asked me what my order was and replied he is making it now. I knew he was lying but I stepped back by windows and waited for 20 minutes. I was not sure what his intention was but I was very upset. Once all other orders were delivered, the guy asked me again what my order was. I responded again and finally he grabbed my beverage that he was hiding behind the espresso machine and said the mobile pickup is on the other side. He was such a joke.
