As an enthusiastic backyard pizza connoisseur with a penchant for wood-fired pizzas, my quest to uncover the finest pies often leads me beyond my hometown of Burlington. Though Cima typically holds the crown in my pizza adventures, my recent excursion to Blondie’s Pizza in Oakville offered a delightful surprise, compelling me to share this detailed review.
Upon entering Blondie’s, the ambiance hinted at what was to come: a pizza experience far removed from the ordinary. The pizza itself, crafted with a palpable dedication, instantly signaled that this wasn't just another pizza joint. The crust, a foundational component of any great pizza, was delectably executed with a crisp exterior and a tender bite, beckoning the eater into each slice eagerly.
Toppings at Blondie’s are a testament to quality and freshness. The vibrant flavors of each ingredient stood out, enhancing the overall taste without overwhelming the delicate balance of the pie. Their sauce, however, stole the show. Described aptly as heavenly, it was akin to a garlic sauce—rich, slightly brown, and thicker than typical pizza sauce. Its unique flavor profile was memorable, adding a gourmet twist to each pizza.
The variety of pizzas offered caters to all tastes, from the classic Margherita, which was a symphony of simple ingredients executed flawlessly, to a more decadent option adorned with salami and olives, providing a robust and satisfying flavor experience. While the crust was nearly perfect, a touch more char could elevate it to match the traditional wood-fired styles I adore.
Beyond the pizza itself, Blondie’s impresses with its presentation. The stylized pizza boxes, with bold color choices, reflect the creativity and care that Blondie’s puts into their product. Their flexible menu and willingness to experiment with ingredients show a commendable dedication to customer satisfaction and culinary innovation.
In conclusion, Blondie’s Pizza not only met but exceeded my expectations with their exceptional pizzas. Their commitment to quality, from the heavenly sauce to the fresh, high-quality toppings and the nearly perfect crust, makes them a standout in the Oakville area. As a staunch supporter, I highly recommend Blondie’s to both locals and visitors alike, who seek a pizza that could very well take home a prize if there ever was one for...

ordered a 16" pie and asked the person behind the counter whether we could get 3 toppings on one side and 3 on the other
they said yes so we went ahead and opted to get fior di latte bacon mushrooms on one half and pepperoni, green peppers and bacon on the other
for conveyor oven pizza I have to give credit to the product as it tasted good however I still prefer stone baked (gas, electric or wood burning) - they should definitely invest in a stone conveyor as I believe the crust would turn out 1000 times better.
Value-wise - simply not there: we paid $46 for a 16" pie which is confusing to me and I can only reconcile it by drawing the conclusion that the $3.75 was charged 6 times even though when you do half and half you get half the use half the quantity!?
If that is the pricing policy, we should have been warned upon ordering that such a thing would cause the price to skyrocket.
Lastly, bacon was crumbled, taste good but there was barely any, the green peppers were chopped in 3mm cubes and there was at the most one tablespoon of green peppers in total and the half side with mushrooms had a total of 4 tiny mini cremini (one per slice) - again top quality ingredients but too skimpy
Not sure we'll be...

We walked in today with our kids thinking of a nice lunch but were met with a Birthday Party. As we stood to order, people were coming back n forth from one area where they had pizza set up on tables where patrons would usually sit, to across the restaurant to the other sitting area (where I guess the "party" was held). We were told we were not allowed to sit and eat because of the party. No note on the front door to warn patrons and no proper area set for the party, leaving us to eat in our car (in 35° weather). The outdoor eating area was also taken over by said party of what looked to be 15 people (many where kids). There was plenty of space to reserve a section for them and still accommodate walk in patrons.
If my husband wasn't already needing to order lunch for his whole crew at work, I would have said to leave and order at the Bagel place like my daughter and I did. What a waste of time. Wish I read the bad reviews this place is building now. I guess the downfall began once Chef...
