Village Juicery — Restaurant in Oakville

I had the pleasure of visiting the Village Juicery for the first time, and it was truly a fantastic experience. Reneé, one of the staff members, stood out and made my visit memorable. She was incredibly helpful and sweet, providing exceptional customer service throughout my time there.

The ambiance of the place was wonderful, with a beautiful interior and limited but comfortable seating options. It created a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a nutritious meal.

I decided to try the Brain Food Bowl, and it exceeded my expectations. The flavors were absolutely delicious, and I couldn't help but devour it. It left me feeling rejuvenated and energized, a perfect choice for a healthy meal.

Reneé's outstanding service truly made my visit exceptional. Her friendliness and willingness to assist made me feel right at home. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to the Village Juicery and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great pick me up snack/meal experience with fantastic customer service. On my last visit at your Oakville location, I waited almost 5 minutes for someone to serve me, I turned around and left. The second time I decided to give this company a second chance. The service is bad, I stood there waiting for someone to acknowledge me to help me pick a protein packed smoothie.

Both the women working behind the counter seemed more interested in chatting with each other rather than serving their clients one appeared to be the manager with her kid at work and the other seemed to be serving other customers. I asked for help and the older one said "how can I help" in a rude, abrupt and disgusted tone as if I was begging her a favor. Inexperienced unqualified people who treats their customers this way should not be in management roles.

Whomever owns this company should really look into quality experienced management for staff serving the public who knows what they're doing.

Walked into the Oakville location this week and was greeted with a warm smile and "hello, how can I help you" for the first time! Erica was a breath of fresh air. I decreased my visits to Village Juicery Oakville because I was never greeted or even acknowledged when I walked in. I would wait at the counter for 5 minutes while staff members were having a conversation without even a "we'll be right with you". I have walked out on 2 occasions without what I wanted. There is one product that I can only purchase at Village. I have found alternative locations to purchase the others. However, I might be persuaded to give them my business back if people like Erica are working there. Thank you Erica. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because of my most recent experience (actually a 5 star experience) but normally it would only be 1 star review so this staff member helped get it...
