Chatime — Restaurant in Oakville

hey there i would like to make little complaint, we do not want any refund or make things difficult but maybe check the due date of the milk or any ingredient that you guys put for any type of milk tea. we bought 6 drink last saturday 18, october 2025. includes 2 triple milk tea 1 roasted tea, 1 milk tea with pearl which is all with regular milk. and the 2 was with oat milk which we was okay. the next day morning time after we drank this we all of sudden vommiting none stop, high fever, and diarrhea. we do not have any other food/drink before or after we drink these. the doctor told us to let the store knows so they’ll be more careful. so i’m a bit concerned and just hope nobody get the same sickness we...

I ordered the Chatime Signature Milk tea 🧋. It is good 👍 but I have tasted much better. Still, I enjoyed it and there is a serious lack of real good bubble tea options in this part of Oakville or in general really. Oakville is a dead zone for good bubble tea 🧋.

So I am happy 😁 that this location is here and you will be too.

I loved this Chatime location. Perfectly clean and very well maintained. Lots of board games and a cozy atmosphere to spend time with your loved ones. Especially, the restroom is spot on! Even the toilet paper is the most premium ones unlike the other retail places with transparent/does-not-even-exist like cheap toilet papers. The nice lady, Ally, was very helpful and had a great attitude which I appreciate the most. Loved this place and will definitely come back when I crave a nice, refreshing drink!
