I was very surprised as this was always a good location. It all started with the staff - not only did they take forever to serve you when inside, but they didn’t even acknowledge your existence. Very disappointing. Then for some unbelievable reason, they seemed to be out of hot chocolate at 6pm on a cool Thursday. A day and time you would fully expect a location to have hot chocolate. Absolutely unacceptable if you ask me. Add on to all of the above, the washrooms were absolutely diabolical - an image I wish I could now get out of my memory. It really was the stuff nightmares are made of. I cannot believe that a Tim Hortons washroom could be this bad. Obviously, not cared for at all. When I nicely informed one of the staff members (believe me, I was really courteous about it) they looked at me like I had two heads. It just didn’t seem to compute to them that the bathroom needed to be cleaned in a desperate way. I hate to say, I just don’t believe it will be cleaned. They laughed when I spoke to the manager about it including the manager herself. The drive througj is the fastest service. No one wants you to be in person. This is wjy labor will reduce because they are so bad now.

There is an employee Suba who just is busy talking to coworkers but won't make your food. The drive through chef made more than 13 sandwiches in those 10 minutes for DT and I had just one person ahead of me with an order of a nagel who was madly frustrated to with 8 minutes wait.

When there was a mix-up with my mobile order, instead of trying to understand the problem or offer a solution, the staff at drive thru looked confused and unhelpful. I simply asked for what I paid for, which was only 1 box of timbits. Rather than fix it, they acted like it was a burden. No apology, no ownership, no effort to make it right.
I understand mistakes happen, but it’s how they're handled that makes the difference. Unfortunately, the team here seemed overwhelmed and lacked the problem-solving skills you'd expect in a busy coffee shop. A little extra training and attention to customer service could go a long way.
