Awful customer experience at Subway Maplegrove Oakville because this franchise owner,Jack, only employs two people by day and this creates unneccessary, lenghthy and frsutrating wait times, it's an awful customer experience because of this, everytime. The staff are great but clearly overwhelmed. This is a quick service restaurant and it is anything but efficient, and the franchisor clearly prioritizes revenue over customer experience and repeat business as he wants to save on employee wages and therefore understaffs the store so his bottom line doesnt suffer near term (His actions will result in mid-term and long term losses in revenue), it shows a blatant disregard for customers (And their valued time) as it's been like this forever despite constructive reviews on the matter having been previously posted.
