Burger Factory - Oakville — Restaurant in Oakville

Service is a key ingredient, this place misses service and customer awareness at every level.

Unfortunately this seems to be a 'theme' for Burger Factory from the 3 places I have tried (2 in Oakville, 1 in Mississauga) over the past 2 years. I would give the food a much higher rating, but as I said service is non-existent.

Of the 3, the Oakville-Maple Grove location, has horrendous customer (I struggle to write this next word in the same sentence) service. I have been to this location 4 times in the past 3 months, each was the same - no service/poor service/arrogance.

On the "last" phone order pickup, I ordered a combo no drink (in other words I don't want a drink thanks) just the fries with my order. They messed up and made it a utility steak only. On arrival and paying they didn't confirm the order, just handed me the payment required, I paid and tipped 15%.

After they said ok be ready soon (I phoned in 20 minutes ago). Oh ok then...when the order was "ready" I asked where the fries were and the response "You didn't ask for fries". I did, but no drink. Oh well. The say ok $4.99 more. I paid and tipped 15% again.

I went to get a drink, they said that would be extra - I said the combo is $4.99, which is what I just paid and tipped you on - their response "no that is for fries only, you didn't order combo on original and that bill is closed"

OK, simple thanks for making up my mind after 4 tries to get better - keep your fries, keep the money, I wont be back, this was my last...

I had the pleasure of visiting Burger Factory Oakville this April and was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. The location is convenient and easy to access, with ample parking nearby, making it a great spot for a casual bite or a family meal. Inside, the environment was warm and welcoming, with a modern yet relaxed vibe that makes you feel comfortable right away. The cleanliness of the restaurant was top-notch—everything from the tables to the washrooms was spotless and well-maintained. One of the highlights of our visit was the efficient and friendly staff. Service was prompt, and everyone we interacted with was courteous and attentive. A special mention goes to the owners, Ali and Zainab, who personally attended to our needs and made the experience even more memorable with their hospitality. The menu offers a fantastic variety—there’s something for everyone, from classic burgers to more creative options. Everything we ordered was cooked to perfection and beautifully presented, making it clear that quality and care go into every dish. Highly recommended for burger lovers and anyone looking for a great meal with excellent service...

I've been to other burger factory branches before, and the other one is oakville was such an amazing experience I just had to visit this location so i could show it off to my friend. Upon consumption and presentation everything was as expected, the fries were crispy and the poutine was full of cheese and the chicken crispy burgers we had were just so delicious. However there was a signage outside of the restaurant that had special deals throughout the week. I informed the cashier that I wanted two of the crispy chicken combo deals for me and my friend as it is the deal of the day. But when checking the receipt it had shown that I was charged full price for my order. When I confronted the cashier he had simply informed me that it was sold out/ a deal in the past, and could not offer me to talk to anyone else or compensate me In any way other than the option to refund my money so i can eat elsewhere.
