Positives first Service was good, the attendant taking our order was also the one cooking our food. It's was dead on the weekend in the afternoon with no other employees is sight, if she was swamped then she'd have a lot of work on her hands. Our order took 15min to make as the chicken was fried to order. The bone in chicken was good and the waffles were tasty, nothing to rave about but good. Now for the bad parts. Just an FYI the cheese sauce is spicy, more than it needs to be. If you have a sensitive stomach or simply can't do spicy then stay away from the cheese sauce, also not mentioned anywhere that it is spicy therefore my partner couldn't eat half her meal. My onion rings were way over fried, to the point that the onion inside was crispy. The issue was mostly with the food and not the service. I feel like a lot of these sorts of restaurants are popping up as of late that look exciting but withe very underwhelming food and this is one of those places. If you're curious then give it a try, everyone has different tastes and preferences so your experience may be different. I know that I will never go back and spend over $40 on...
Read moreI have visited this place three times now. The first time, I ordered a sandwich, and it was pretty good. The second time, I arrived close to their closing time and ordered the "Hot as Cluck" dish. The food was amazing, and the service was outstanding—they accommodated my order even at that late hour.
This time, I ordered online through their website and walked into the store to pick up my food. I’m sure the food will be great as usual. However, the person at the counter immediately asked if I was an Uber driver there to pick up a delivery. While there’s nothing wrong with being an Uber driver, it felt a bit presumptuous and I was somewhat offended by the quick judgment.
I suggest that management address this with their employees, as other customers might feel similarly and potentially rate the experience lower because of it. It would be great if the staff could assist customers more thoughtfully.
Setting that aside, the food here is consistently amazing, and I can’t bring myself to give you anything less...
Read moreDuring my recent visit, it was evident that the staff was under immense stress, particularly considering the demands of Ramadan. As a customer, it's disheartening to witness employees struggling to keep up with the workload during such a significant religious observance. The atmosphere was chaotic, and it's unfair to expect the staff to maintain composure under such circumstances.
Despite their evident stress, the workers tried their best to provide service, but it was clear they were overwhelmed. The wait time for orders was longer than usual, and the overall experience suffered as a result. Management should recognize the added challenges during Ramadan and take proactive measures to support their staff, whether through additional assistance or adjusted operating hours.
While I sympathize with the staff's situation, the customer experience was impacted negatively. It's crucial for the management to prioritize the well-being of their employees while ensuring a smoother operation during busy periods...
