So stingy with the chicken and the sauce. He tried to charge me an extra $4 to do half fries half rice (compared to just rice or fries plate). Asked for extra sauce and he added like 1/4 tsp. Will not return. You get about 2oz of chicken on their $13 platter.
Edit: I used to go to Pita Nutso on trafalgar all the time growing up (since about 2002). It was amazing. The chicken used to be way better and they used to actually give us the sauce bottles to use with our meal. Now there are two issues: 1) the quantity of chicken is just wrong for the size of the regular plate. It barely covers 1/3 of the plate. I felt like I had to ration my chicken through the meal to make it last til the end of the plate. 2) stinginess with sauce. The sauce still tastes great but there just isn’t enough on the plate even asking for more.
And why is there no half fries/half rice option for the regular size plate? I used to love pita nutso and I hope trafalgar location is still good because this was very...

Read moreBeen coming to this place for over 4 years. The employees were always super nice and always had excellent food. I would walk in the door and the employees would address me by name and knew my regular order and would just give me a “the usual?” without skipping a beat.
Although in recent times this has changed. On multiple occasions I had employees of the establishment describe the owners incompetence and lack of care for the business. Over the past few months I noticed employees were less and less happy and enthusiastic.
Now all of the good employees have left or quit. The food and service have suffered greatly. I no longer get a “the usual?” and in fact I’ve had my order messed up the past few times. This place just isn’t the warm friendly shawarma place it used to be. This is just sad. I really liked this place. I won’t be returning again unless...
