Hey guys I hate to be this guy BUT…
Been years since I’ve been to this location and I already knew the owner would be doing his very best to avoid any vegetables. I even wrote it down on my iPhone note pad “ you’re going to talk me out of toppings” so when he says ok lettuce and tomato “ your good right sir !!”
Like trying to push me through the cash out with dodging anything but the bare min. I get prices , I run 2 businesses !
But this guy didn’t disappoint me and was making it awkward for a couple pieces of onions etc.
Been a while and this will be the last time. Sucks for him because I’m your ideal customer. I got the little Sammie just while waiting for a friend and was about to buy the most expensive item with a drink and cookies.
I can’t go back, he is literally dodging pennys to his loyal customers and in 2024 customer service is key. He’s a joke. I called him out and he has his little .50 cent sign for extra stuff. I said don’t worry about it.
My friend showed up and we went next door to Pita-Nutso. Lost out on $35 but also anything in the future.
Sorry for the rant, but if you’ve ever bought a 10 pound bag of onions and realize it would be around 1-2 cents
To talk people out of it and it would enhance the meal
It’s too...
Read moreI was told that I could not order a 6” gluten free sub and could only order the full 12” because they would otherwise have to throw away the remaining 6” because it likely wouldn’t get sold. I have never been told this by any other Quiznos, and as someone who really enjoys Quiznos and the nice gluten free bread option that is available I am truly disappointed and feel discriminated against by this. That is no way to treat a customer. A food allergy / sensitivity should not be treated as a nuisance. I am happy that I normally have an option at Quiznos to accommodate my dietary restrictions, but in this instance I was very let down. This is not how to correctly service (or not service) a customer. It comes off as petty and greedy by trying to force someone into a larger order than they would like. Shame on Quiznos.
Update: I went to the email site I was given by the Quiznos comment below and filled out the complaint for the issue I had and I have not been contacted back. I guess that comment was...
Read more17 years of making sandwiches, Jim is the heart of this place. You’re immediately greeted with how clean everything is and the fantastic warmth of Jim’s customer service. He had previously worked in the food safety industry as a health and safety manager and it’s obvious by the care that’s in the locally sourced ingredients and the way sandwiches are put together. Jim gave some suggestions and he was right on point. Had the chicken carbonara today and it was fire. Crispy Parmesan bread with sautéed mushrooms, tender chicken with a creamy sauce. Whatever sandwich you order though is gonna be made with a lot of love and care. Seriously, not even really into subs and Quiznos but if I’m gonna get a sandwich, this is the place...
