Extremely disappointed!
Three aspects of this establishment left a bitter taste in my mouth:
Strike 1: The cashier had to be told our order 3 times, messed it up, and then had to call over another employee for help. Minus 1 star.
Strike 2: After all was said and done, staff forgot to put our dipping sauces (which we paid for) in the bag with our drinks and other accoutrements. Minus 1 star
Strike 3: We found a short, dark, CURLY hair in our pizza. This is downright disgusting. We did not observe any employees wearing hairnets over their heads or their beards, and this is a violation of the food safety regulations in place in Ontario. Minus 2 stars.
Considering we paid over $45 for 2 pizzas and a handful of sodas, which is above the market average, I really can’t comprehend a situation where I will be desperate enough to come back to this...
Read moreThis is not my usual Pizza Nova location but I was in the area and decided to stop in for a pepperoni slice. Oh my goodness. This was the best slice that I have ever had ...and I've had many. My usual location has gone downhill lately ....really downhill so it was so awesome to get a fresh, not dried out slice of pizza. I'm going to have to go back and see if their full sized pizzas are just as good. I'm hoping that this location will deliver to my area. Hello shrinkflation my old friend....two of their slices with a pop will cost you around $15+ For an adult one of their slices will leave you hungry and wishing you had two.
