Pizza Pienza — Restaurant in Oakville

Ordered a Large Pepperoni and Bacon pizza, Did not get a call back or anything and they said it was going to be delivered. sweet. After one hour i call them back asking where the pizza i ordered was and they said that the called back saying they couldn't find the address and the place was to far away. i live within 10 kms of the store and the drive was definitely not more than 40 minutes there and back like they said. the drive would take 20 minutes there and back on google maps. they also said that they could not find my address on google maps, even though when searching up the address I gave them with no suffix it points right to my address. when they said they called my number they lied as I got no such call and when I asked why they didn't deliver in a 10 km radius they hung up the phone. These guys have really good pizza but their phone service and delivery service are mediocre. Do not order from these guys because of their lackluster service...

It took over 1 hour and 45 minutes to get my pizza delivered.

My little ones were starving by the time we got the pizza.

I called the restaurant after 1 hour and they said the driver already left with the pizza.

After 1 hour and 45 minutes the drivers shows up with the pizza.

When I asked the driver what happen? He said they are busy. Busy is not an excuse to wait that long !

We could of made our own pizza at home during that time. 1 large pizza with 2 toppings and 1 medium 1 topping was $50 very pricey pizza if you wait that long to recieve it with terrible customer service.

Also I specifically asked that the topping are on top of the cheese but instead it was very disappointing to see the cheese on top of the toppings.

I didn't want to complain therefore they have lost my business instead.

I gave them a 2 star beacuse the pizza actually tastes alright.

What even more upsetting is we live less then 5 minutes...

I've spent most of my life in this area and my only complaint about this area is the lack of good pizza, until today. I ordered my first pizza from here and FINALLY after close to a lifetime of being in this area there is finally GREAT pizza in South West Oakville...yes I said GREAT! I ordered a custom pizza and went to pick it up, the restaurant is very clean with a really nice atmosphere. So many nice things to say. The dough was amazing, I couldn't believe how much I enjoyed every bite, the pizza sauce is obviously a homemade sauce and the sauce has a really nice distinct flavor with the presence of the fresh basil and herbs. The toppings were also of excellent quality. Next time I'll be ordering one of their gourmet pizzas, if you have a good pallet and appreciate a really nice pizza I know you'll...
