I would avoid this place. Dishonest and incompetent people.
Just went through the drive-thru (which took over 10 minutes for 4 cars to get through), made a simple one-item $3 order. Cashier didn't say anything at the window; she just held the pay terminal towards me. I paid by credit, then she started handing me something I didn't order. She asked me to confirm my order (which she could have done before asking for payment), and I discovered she charged me over $17. She closed the window, bantered with somebody inside for a couple of minutes, then handed me my order with a handful of random cash. I asked for the receipt for what they charged me for, which they provided. I drove away, parked, and discovered that they either can't perform simple math, or decided to pocket an extra dollar for themselves (it's really not hard to refund the order back to the credit card, just so you know).
I hope they enjoy the extra cash they kept, because the incompetence is enough to keep me from going there again and giving them any more money. Plenty more restaurants in the area. I recognize it's only a dollar, but it's the principal of the matter the counts.

Read moreI'm a skip the dish carrier and was in on Thursday picking up order 7933 When I was leaving with the food, I had to climb over a mount of snow and once ingot to the other side I hit a patch of black ice and fell on my left side badly. Lost the food and drinks. I went back inside limping with bag of food and explained what happened. (My hip is still in pain). Nobody carried what do ever. They grabbed the bag and drinks to remake everything. In the meantime I once again told them that I fell and that they need to send someone out to clean the walk and put salt down. They guy said he heard me. But never sent anyone out. They never asked if I was ok, where it happened or if I needed anything . They had no care whatsoever When I got the remake I told them again that they need to shovel and salt. Hes like we heard you. When I got outside all 4of them were standing at the cash laughing and looking out side at me. This all happened around 8:10pm I came back around 11pm The walk was not cleaned there was no salt on the ground and the lid to the drink that fell was still in the same spot Horrible staff, zero concern for safety of others Truly unacceptable I will be sending this to head...
Read moreOk so second visit during lunch hour. Food was fine but the cashier is another story. My rating of this place dropped by one star as a result. The place wasn't even that busy maybe 3-4 people ordering. The kid at the cash was pleasant enough but we are rating his skills at taking orders here. I had to repeat my order to him 3 times, the first time he started taking my order and then mid sentence started ignoring my order and listening to the headset instead, second time I repeated my order but he was still is a daze and wasn't paying attention and finally the third time was the charm. It wasn't even a complex order, "combo 2 with large fries" shouldn't require that much mental focus to be repeated 3 times. Lesson #1 if you start serving someone in any business establishment focus on that customer and nothing else in that moment, it's how any good business should operate. This is either a lack of training of the employer or just ignorance of the training by the employees.
