I ordered delivery and got a call from the store telling me that the delivery driver couldn't find my place and that he''d been calling my phone but I gave the wrong number AND wasn't picking up. They obviously had my correct number because the store was calling me! The person on the phone was being extremely rude even after I insisted that I hadn't received any calls. I gave the store delivery directions and was told that the driver would call me but he never did. After waiting over 15 minutes I called the store back and they continued to give me attitude and said the driver went back to the store because they were lost for 30 minutes and I wasn't picking up my phone. I again insisted that I hadn't received any calls. The phone was then given to the driver and I gave them the directions. I waited over 20 minutes for the delivery. By then it was over an hour since my delivery first went out. I asked the delivery driver if it was a new order and they said yes. It was not a new order and my food was very cold and the boxes were soggy. The receipt showed that the number they had for me was missing a digit, even though when I called to place the order I gave my number and they confirmed my name which was in their system. I understand people make mistakes but I didn't deserve to be treated like this especially when it was their mistake. I never did receive an apology. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! After posting this review I was asked to leave Feedback on the Wingsup website and was told I would be contacted in 24-48 hours. It's now been 4 weeks and I still haven't heard...
Read moreI’m me to Oakville only been here around 6 months or so. This chain restaurant for wings is definitely better than Wingstop. The only problem they have is that they don’t have enough seating to have a wing party for the Super Bowl game! Other than that they got the best wings in this shopping area. I took me and my wife are were feeling for some wings…. Their garlic parmesan, honey wings were amazing. We got the double wings combo and the other one we got was the BBQ jerk. Man!, where they the right amount of sweet and not to salty. Perfect for dipping in their blue cheese sauce. Their onion rings not bad, if you definitely like them, give them a try if you love some onion rings like me. Their poutine is good, they gave a lot of gravy and curds with there, not fries but potato’s wedges. This place is great for what is for a wing spot with just enough seats for me and my wife. But other than that if you love Wings and they are definitely delicious and delectable. There main thing is take out, apparently they did like 300 pounds of wings on the Super Bowl Sunday. The guy who made our wings was great. You could really tell he likes his Job. I’ll be heading back to try more...
Read moreMy family and I are disappointed with the quality of service and quality of food with the new franchise owner of this location.
Numerous of issues occurred during our recent delivery order through their in house system and I hope Wings Up Head Office is aware of our dissatisfaction and will intervene with providing the necessary steps to improve the quality of service for this franchise for future customers.
What started with an underestimated wait time for our delivery order to the quality of our wings being refried, to being hung up on when we tried to call to explain our issues. We even visited the store to elaborate our disappointment in person and were greeted with a rude attitude by the employee and their reluctance to escalate our concern to their manager.
When the manager finally came to talk to us, he was apologetic and blamed the employee for “being new” and he did offer to remake our meal. However we asked for a refund as it was too late to make things right. To make matters worst, the manager was reluctant to refund our as it used it would take 6 days for...
