october 4, 2021: this was my 1st time dealing with PN-trafalgar as i've dealt with the ford dr. store in the past, as it is closer to the ford assembly plant. a co-worker advised me to look into this place as a shawarma option of choice.
i have dealt with the PN-ford dr location in the past and they did an excellent job every time i went there. that said, i expected the same experience from trafalgar, and they did not disappoint. trafalgar was even better than the ford dr. location! 💯
did a phone-in for a chicken on the rocks and a chicken shawarma pita. came out to $18.35 all-in...very fair price relative to what was provided.
-store worker on the phone was polite, good communications, on point and was able to help me figure out the options in a timely manner to help me make a quick and accurate decision.
-store workers at the property were polite, respectful and efficient. as the store became more populated with walk-in customers, the workers were able to take care of my order quickly, to get me out and to help the waiting customers.
-chicken on the rocks: very fair price relative to quantity and quality. garlic, hot and tahini sauces combine with the chicken and rice for a fantastic taste experience. be advised, if you want additional vegetables such as onions, etc, you must ask the store to add your choices.
chicken shawarma pita: generously portioned ingredients, again a fantastic taste experience just like the chicken on the rocks.

october 5, 2021: went back this time to try a beef shawarma pita and a beef on the rocks...same result as the chicken order from october 3rd...warm and welcoming store workers, generously portioned quality beef, al dente rice, delicious and fresh pita, vegetables and sauces. $20.49 all-in which again is very fair for portion size and quality.
bottom line: a bit out of the way relative to where i work at the ford oakville plant. however, i would def go back again but would do my orders b4 coming to work as opposed to lunch time deals. that said there is a pretty good reason trafalgar has a high quantity of high score ratings.
which means: PN-trafalgar makes excellent food, at very fair...
Read moreI have been coming to this location for over 15 years with my family. We were always greeted so warmly - it was like coming home to family. Well our visit tonight was not that. Not only were our orders messed up 2 weeks in a row, we waited longer than EVER before. The person who prepared the food was snotty and disrespectful. We walked in and no one was there ordering, except us. We placed our order as always and waited. Then we waited ... and waited some more while they proceeded to make at least a dozen orders prior to ours. No communication from them where ours was in the queue. After 10 mins I asked how many more orders were ahead of ours and the guy said “you wanted the chicken well done right?” which we did ask for. Then a few mins later he presented our order. I was taken aback because I always tell the order taker what I want in my shawarma salad and then I tell the person who actually puts it together. I saw one of the “trainees” slap a salad together but since there was no communication from anyone, I assumed this salad was for someone else since they did at least a dozen ahead of us. Well I said nobody asked me what I wanted on mine so I didn’t want the one he gave me. Well, he grabbed the salad box impatiently and threw the box open and asked me “ok what do you want in it? And I looked at the sloppy mess which was drowning in a pool of sauce. I said “not that”. I asked him to make another one for me because I wanted specific toppings. He did so begrudgingly and muttered that he’s too busy and really made me feel like I was putting him out. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!! Rude and doesn’t give a fig about this customer. Read moreWe ordered from here for dinner. When the order arrived, they left out half the order including the drinks. When we called, they had said that the Uber driver forgot the rest of the food. How is it the Uber drivers fault? The restaurant partners with Uber to make their deliveries and it is the RESTAURANT'S responsibility to make sure the whole order is sent with the driver. The drivers job is to just deliver the food. The manager then proceeded to say that we can come pick up the rest of the order. What??? We are having guests over. We ordered our food to be delivered. We don't have access to a car at the moment. Regardless of the fact, we ordered the food to be delivered. Plain and simple. Then they said that we can get the order refunded and reorder the food. What?? By the time the food comes, the rest of the food we did receive would be cold and half our guests would be waiting even longer for the food. They did NOTHING to resolve the issue. Nothing. Their customer service is trash and this place is trash. The manager should NOT be in the food industry. If you cannot fulfill a simple order or at least personally deliver the food for your own mistake, then you should not be in business. I will never support this place again and I will make sure everyone I know doesn't as well. Horrible people. You should shut down and never reopen...
