While I find that this particular outlet of A&W is quite good, I have issues with the chain in general.

One size of drinks and fries. Forces you to spend a lot more money on multiple items.

No ice for the drinks. The next time one of your staff tell me condescendingly that "our drinks are pre-chilled", it will not end well. EVERYBODY'S drinks are pre-chilled. But OTHER places' drinks STAY that way!

Open paper pockets for the burgers. First of all, the burger gets chokingly dry by the time you are done your fries, and you can't purchase a big enough drink to wash it down. Secondly, it is dangerous to have the multiple burgers open in a bag and cross-contaminating each other with condiments, beef juices etc. What if someone has an allergy to something on one of the burgers?

Paper straws. Plastic straws are one of the most recyclable items on the planet. I recycle mine. I pay taxes to hire companies to recycle them. Instead of forcing me to deal with a straw that disintegrates before my drink is done, how about we figure out which companies, that were hired AND PAID to recycle our plastics, are dumping them in the Pacific Ocean, and get them to deal with it, like we paid them to!

Pricing has gone through the roof. While I like the taste of their burgers, their prices are way out of line with the norm. Especially with the small size of the fires and drinks, that are prices the same a larger sized of fries and drinks from other chains.

Having said all that, the Dunnville location is one if their better ones for sure. The food is usually nice and fresh, and their staff is quite friendly...

We were just there inside and 2 people were serving only the drive thru! Nobody was acknowledging us at all, mohit was busy with drive thru and the girl (too bad) i didn't get her name was just fixing the trays at the cash register! No eye contacts by front staff as if we didn't existed!! Finally i said to Mohit excuse we've been here for almost 10mins waiting to be serve! His reply was shes the one taking your order, the girl wasnt giving any eye contact! When i asked for manager, they gave me name Donna but no ph# when i asked for head office# Patrick whos in the kitchen yelled the # out loud! When i called the ph# i was given it was the Dunnville store and Patrick who rudely replied well you asked for the store #!? I said head office # oh you look it up online!
