Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Ontario

These guys used to be excellent. Don't know what happened. A few weeks ago, we ordered a few pizzas for delivery. Unfortunately, the driver's debit machine wasn't working. That's fine. We drove to town and met at an ATM. Even though I still had to pay the delivery fee and the "pay at the door" debit service fee. Driver was apologetic - it wasn't his fault.

I was offered a free medium pizza. Much appreciated. So tonight I thought I'd take them up on their offer and walk in to order. I ordered three medium pizzas + the chocolate chip cookie and it came to 70 dollars - and that was WITH the free pizza. They started to make the pizzas before I had paid. Lucky for me.

I asked him if he could change the order to the "Buy a large pizza and get a medium pizza for $5" deal and he refused to ring it in that way saying my medium pizzas were already done and that I should've asked for a large if I wanted that deal. I simply suggested I take the three mediums but that he ring it up as one large and two $5 (just forget about the free one) and he still refused. Whatever. I left without any pizza. Saved myself $70. On my pizza one-time was a hair. I overlooked it as "just a pizza hair" because delivery options are slim by South Cayuga road and continued to order delivery. Then I got the stone cold stunner after ordering delivery to my house a bunch of times prior. I was told the manager said it was out of delivery range and I could not be served. I spoke with the manager personally when this location opened and viewed a map together. We both agreed I was on the edge of the delivery zone but could be delivered to still without issue. The food is good , however I could not access the mobile site to place the triple box order. I attempted 4x and ended up having to phone in and the reception on the their phone was so bad I could not understand the person I was talking too and had to keep repeating “pardon”. They either need a new land line or phone. Will wait and see if the order is correct...... order arrived and delivery charge of $3.75 applied plus $1.50 as I used a debit card.
