the worst customer service ever Michael and the manager wilheam i think his name is I was in a rush asking for fries because i orederd something else from subway and i had to go pay them so i ask for small fries at a&w and michael was at the front he left my money in the tell and didnt give me the change back while hea dealing with other people and the tell open i said excuse me can i have my change back he’s like and you can be patient too i said excuse me he said you can be patient too im dealing with other people i said you’re supposed to gake the order give the change back and then deal with other not leave the tell op en and give attitude i asked to talked to the manager. He was super dirty his hands his face and shirt he is like im the manager his name is wileham or something i told him what happened he’s like ok i will deal with it i asked for my money back and i didnt want to buy anything no more the other guy micheal gives a thumbs up because i didnt buy anything and i got mad so i told the manager u see what you ate hiring he’s like if you wolill stay here i will call the security ohhh really so bow i get bad customer service and you guys wanna call the security on me? The security came and she left because she knows she cant do anything and they will get in trouble if they kicked me out because i got a bad customer service its worse than bad thereis no words to describe how dirty and rude a&w the one is...

The food tends to be good. The staffs tend to be amazing. However, I'm writing this review after having a second mishap in a row with their cups. I'm not sure if it's this location or if it's something that has changed with the franchise. Their cups are absolute garbage. Usually, I order take out. I do not understand why I cannot walk down the mall food court without the cup falling apart. Whether its the lid falling off and the cup folding into itself or the bottom just dripping of the gate. I can only imagine they have not been stored properly. Either way its always a mess. Actually had to leave work because of this myself today. There was no stopping the incident. A meal ruined, time wasted, clothes covered in pop and a my joy yanked swiftly. I walked no farther than the American Eagle in the mall before this thing fell apart. I hope one day they make a change in storage...

I ordered masala veggie burger from this store and I specifically asked the cashier first, if they can put mayonnaise on the side and not on the burger, she said yes, she can do it. When I received the order I saw there was mayonnaise on top of the burger. When I asked her to change it she said she didn’t understand me in the first place and she cannot do it. Plus the cashier was so unprofessional and rude I don’t understand why. I also work as an employee in a restaurant but I make sure all the customers are happy and served well. When I insisted then they changed it telling me they are doing it the last time and won’t ever do it again. But I asked first about it and then did my first! I was visited soo many A&Ws and this never ever happened, this particular store staff was so unprofessional and for sure I will not recommend going there when you are...
