Tonight I spent close to $30 on 2 combos one with a loaded curly fry, I did not receive the loaded curly fry. So when I got home and realized it was missing I tried calling, there was no answer. So I drove back and explained that I never received the item and they were happy to fix the issue. When I got home for the second time to my now cold sandwich I opened my loaded curly fry, to my surprise there was nothing loaded about it. Almost no cheese, a couple little spots of sour cream, fortunately there was some bacon so it wasn't a total waste of money. This is why I'm giving a single star. As an individual that works from my laptop, I expect every chain restaurant to offer free Wi-Fi. They give you a 30 min session, but you have to provide your email address. Wi-Fi is available, but NOT FREE.
At this location, all staff seemed to be females over the age of 50, which is fine, but the serviced I received was as if I was bothering them. Bizarre.
Sitting down to enjoy my meal, I had annoying Xmas music blaring in my ear which was borderline religious. Luckily I had earphones with my laptop.
After my meal was finished, I had 15 minutes to use their trial Wi-Fi from Cogeco.
