Beer Store 4510 — Restaurant in Ontario

Again, my experience at this beer store at Midland Ave, Kingston was terrible. I wandered around the freezing cold locker (sorry, show room) looking for a particular craft beer and was unable to find it. I then spent 10 minutes wandering around trying to find someone to help me. No luck, so I had to line-up at the cash register to ask the cashier where this beer was. She then left the lineup and found my beer for me. I am 81 years old and was left to pack up my beer and carry it to the cash register and out to the car. No one available to assist me. My experiences at the smaller store at Bath Road is always so pleasant as they find my order and offer to carry it . Whoever designed this new style of beer store obviously know nothing about...

The door man today July 8th 2020 IS ABSOLUTELY MISERABLE HAS A GRUMPY AGRESSIVE TONE has no reason to speak to customers that way but then when I addressed his tone and him being miserable his exact reply was "theres covid going on" clearly I understand that as I'm standing in front of him with a mask on and spraying my hands with Hand Sanitizer...
