The employee who was serving me was rude!! She was unhelpful and continually repeated herself instead of answering my questions!! I was trying to ask about gluten-free drinks and she kept saying that the something was gluten-free and as I tried to ask where on the menu these were (because whatever she was saying was gluten-free didn’t have its own area on the menu!!) (And she was talking so fast when I asked her to repeat herself (she was behind plexiglass) she would talk even faster and quieter and/or would turn away from me so I couldn’t hear her even more so!!! I have a hearing deficit which made things even worse!!) She wouldn’t help me with answering my questions and she was behaving like I was interrupting her day!!! There was no Hello, No smile, Just plain RUDE!!! When I finally decided what I wanted through much frustration at this point by reading the menu ingredients (not sure if the frozen yogurt was gluten-free (it usually is)) I will never go to booster juice again as she really turned me off and then to use debit they automatically ask you to tip!! There was no button to say no tip!!! This woman received a small tip only because there was no option for no tip because she certainly didn’t deserve one!!! Today while ordering - I accidently hit steak instead of a chicken panini and I IMMEDIATELY tried to cancel on uber eats and it said I would be charged. So then I called the store directly within 2 minutes of ordering, spoke to an employee, I told her it was an accident and I am allergic to steak and I meant to order chicken and I was extremely apologetic. She assured me she would change it out which was a huge LIE and continued to send the steak sandwich. The customer service here is absolutely disgusting. I will never order from here again.
I have worked in customer service for 15 years, many of those years in the food industry and if a customer called me from a online order and said they made a mistake 2 minutes after ordering, what is the big deal to change out the sandwich? and even if it is a big deal, is your staff member a child? why lie? Read moreI went to booster juice at 8:20pm (when it closes at 9pm) for a juice. I drove 20 minutes to this location , instead of ordering my juice on uber eats(as it says it was available). Once I got to the location the employee said they cannot make the juice. I asked oh is the machine broken and she said no but that she took it apart. There was no offer to make a juice via the blender or anything it was a smoothie or something. Being as I didn't want a smoothie and there is still almost 40 minutes till close and I'm a paying customer that the machine couldn't have been put back together. I try not to use uber eats and support the business themselves but if I could have stayed at home, not wasted my gas nor time AND still got my juice .. it doesnt make sense.
