Title: Extremely Disappointing Experience – Rude Behavior and Failed Order
I had one of the worst dining experiences at Boston Pizza recently, and I feel compelled to share my frustration. From the moment I walked in to pick up the pizza I had ordered earlier in the morning, everything went downhill.
First, I placed my order over the phone and received confirmation that it would be ready for pickup. However, when I arrived, the staff informed me that my order was "not in the system." This was already frustrating, as my son had been looking forward to the pizza all day. But what made it worse was the attitude of the employee handling the situation.
Instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the issue, the employee was dismissive and rude. They acted as if it was my fault that the order wasn’t in their system, even though I had confirmed it earlier. When I tried to explain the situation, they interrupted me and spoke in a condescending tone, making me feel like I was inconveniencing them.
To make matters worse, there was no effort to rectify the mistake. No offer to expedite a new order or even a simple apology. It was as if they didn’t care about the customer experience at all. My son left disappointed, and I left furious.
I’ve been a customer of Boston Pizza for years, but this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy from the staff is unacceptable. If this is how they treat their customers, I won’t be returning anytime soon.

I came with my family to have an amazing dinner. We asked for a window table as the restaurant was not full and there were empty tables but the hostess tried to seat us inside. We asked politely to seat on the window table as we requested.
Secondly, we waited for more than 25 minutes for someone to take our order?!?! However, we noticed that the waiter ( Caucasian) who is serving the side that we are seating in was ignoring us even though he was seeing us and serving the table in front of us and taking orders from customers ( Caucasians) who came after us?!?! I went to inquire from the hostess why there was nobody is serving us?!? She replied I don’t know!! I tried to made an order from her but she refused and required to ask the waiter, We waited again for another 5 minutes but nobody came to serve us.
My kids were crying as they are seeing foods served for other tables and our table was not served?!?
As we were wearing our jackets to leave because of the bad service, the other side waiter ( Indian subcontinent ) came and asked us if any one took our order.
I told him your colleagues didn’t serve us.
As we were leaving, I saw him arguing with the waiter who was supposed to serve us. That waiter was ignoring him!??

Beyond their professional capabilities Karam has a remarkable ability to make diners feel valued and appreciated.
