Update November 2023 Still pretty much the same, same food, same baked beans. Overall a good experience, food was well made, and we love that they have potato and meat options without the eggs. Older lady server never came back though after leaving our food, so we finished and waited for the bill and ended up having to ask someone else that was passing by. Stopped here for breakfast today and have to say it was quite good and definitely one of our better breakfast experiences. This restaurant is in a little out of the way plaza / strip mall and hasnt been open that long. They had some good looking breakfast and lunch specials listed but we ordered omelets off the menu. Service was fast and friendly. I found the atmosphere a little cold or sterile, and the seating in the middle was a bit awkward , I think mostly because of the open feel of the restaurant, probably could be rectified by a dividing wall closing off the entrance / exit. Love that the pot of coffee was left, although she didn't check that we had creamer, I had to take some from another table. The food was very good, fresh and well seasoned.. we loved the seasoned home fries. Although.. I'm really not a fan of baked beans for breakfast.. and they are served with pretty much everything. I get that you're trying to be different, but it's Canada not UK.. drop the beans add more home fries and focus on your food. We will be going back, breakfast was very good, can't wait...

Original rating: 5 stars. Everything you could want in a breakfast place. Busy but not a long wait time, reasonable prices, lots of parking, huge portions, lovely service. My only tiny complaint was that we sat next to the kitchen, so there were always many people having to squeeze by our table. But easy enough fix to request a window seat and have to wait for a bit! The breakfast bowls were huge and all of the ingredients were fresh. Our new favourite breakfast place; we will definitely be back!

Updated rating: 2 stars. We went back as we had such a great experience the first time. This was nothing like the first experience. The table we sat at was tucked away in the corner, with a half wall and right near the bathrooms. The chairs and tables were still sticky from whoever sat there last. It's very cheaply decorated; the table was wobbly and had holes in it. One of the waitresses was cleaning a table near us to get ready for the next person. I use the word cleaning very lightly. She used her hands to wipe crumbs off of the chair and then immediately grabbed utensils and set them on the table... Gross! They were very busy so I get that they have to get people in and out, but we definitely felt rushed. I honestly am not sure why I thought the prices were reasonable. It was $18 for a breakfast bowl with eggs, veggies, and added meat, but 75% of the bowl were these huge, dry, over...

Service: 3/5. Once the place got busy there was less focus on us. We arrived right when they opened. Slight negligence towards my request of "extra crispy". Food was delivered in a timely manner.

Food: 2/5. Eggs Benedict was what we ordered. Didn't ask for the style of egg (soft, medium, etc) so we got extremely soft egg whites. Quality of their eggs is not great with a light pale yellow. I tend to enjoy eggs that are full tasting and yellow or bright yellow. Hollandaise sauce is ok. It's more runny than most I've had, but it gets the job done. Fries are decent enough and were the star of the dish unfortunately. Please, please add salt to your food! I find that when I have to add salt it means either the chefs/cooks didn't care or they're not mandated to add more. It's just a lack of care in my books.

Cleanliness: 4/5. I would have given 5/5 but the bathrooms were less than desired. Good and clean otherwise 👌.

Overall: 3/5. I don't know what the hype of the place is all about. It's decent enough to get food but nowhere close to the upper star ratings. It doesn't feel like your part of the family there and rather a "customer that needs to get out as fast as possible." Big suggestions would be taste your food as you cook it, get better products, and treat...

I’ve been here many times for breakfast but my experiences recently have only been okay. The dining area can be loud as it is usually a very busy place. The reason I deducted two stars is because while I find their food okay, it could be better given the prices. The other reason is because, regardless of being busy, they need better communication (and honesty) with those waiting in line. When we arrived, we were told a 20 minute wait for a table (which I thought was reasonable for a weekend) however we waited over 45 minutes and watched as groups the same size (5 people) who arrived later than us, get seated before us. It’s frustrating watching that happen after already waiting longer than anticipated. My recommendation would be for the hostess to communicate with those waiting outside (and maybe keep better tabs on who arrived first). The saving grace on my most recent visit was our waiter - he was attentive, polite and friendly. Overall, I will consider returning however not wait more than 5-10 minutes to be seated as I don’t feel the food is worth a 45+ minute wait.

This place is your typical breakfast and lunch joint. It wasn't bad nor was it extra special. Portion are so so. I ordered their classic breakfast and was decently sized. My husband ordered the smoked meat sandwich and we were disappointed. The side Greek salad was iceberg lettuce with some olives, feta, tomatoes, red onions and Greek dressing. We thought it would be the chunky veggies. The sandwich itself was smaller than we thought and frankly not great bang for my buck. Overall though, nice atmosphere and staff are friendly enough. Some more than others.
