I've been coming to Montana’s at Fanshawe for over 3 years now, and I keep coming back with friends and colleagues religiously.
Why really go aware else when Byron, Ashley and the management and back of house team are awesome. They will cater to their guests and make sure that everything is to their satisfaction. Attention to detail 110%.
The bar and serving staff are equally as incredible. Steph and her team make sure your food is delivered to you exactly as you ordered, and always keeps an eye on your beverage and checks in to keep it refreshed.

You know you're in a special place when even the restroom experience leaves an impression – and not in a bad way! During my recent visit to Montana’s, I stumbled upon what I can only describe as the most charmingly inventive response to a clogged urinal I’ve ever seen.
Rather than slap up a boring "Out of Order" sign and call it a day, the staff at Montana’s went full Pinterest-level creative. The urinal was gift-wrapped – yes, gift-wrapped – in what looked like clear packaging plastic, tied off with a cute red bow like it was a present from the maintenance gods. Read moreAt approximately 17:00HRS today I called into this Montana's location, ecstatic to book a reservation for the Ultimate Chicken Showdown. It was to my dismay, that I was greeted by an extremely unenthusiastic hostess. I explained to her that we were a group of 12 gentlemen, looking to indulge in their finest poultry products, for this evening at 8:30 PM. It was at that moment that she explained that the restaurant was currently at capacity, and she would be unable to accommodate my group... 3 and a half hours later. This clearly incompetent employee then abruptly handed the phone to her superior. It was then confirmed again, that we may not have access to a section, at our requested reservation time. I took it upon myself to educate this clearly inexperienced supervisor, that their current "full house" would most likely die down, within the span of three and a half hours. He immediately realized his ineptitude and decided to make the reservation for us, apologizing for the utter waste of my valuable time. It is due to this inconvenience, that myself and my cohort will be taking our business to the south London Montana's location. The employee at the south London location, without hesitation was able to accommodate my request with great haste, and the utmost exuberance. Although I haven't had the opportunity quite yet to enjoy the dining experience at the South London location, I can already tell I will be recommending it to my colleagues.
My final word of advice to this Location and its staff... dude just get excited about...
Read moreOur server was very nice, even entertained us with some magic tricks, we did tip him 10 bucks.. on account of his personality, was a little young and seemed a bit inexperienced.
Which all of that was fine, my main issue is the food at this location especially. We ordered our meals and I asked for my steak well done, our server advised us that it would be a 20 minute wait which was fine and asked if we would like an appetizer so we agreed and my husband had already mentioned he wanted the soup and I would take the chicken bites .. nearly 15 minutes LATER a woman comes out with two plates and I almost said I don't think this could be ours. Not only was my potato Brown and tasted like it had been in a warmer two hours more than it should have been my steak had no flavor and the onions were undercooked.
We never did receive our appetizers and my husband's meal has had him on the toilet for a good portion of the night now. I will no longer come to this location, and I want to apologize to the young man for the many confused disgusted looks I had on my face all night you're doing an awesome job.. but your management and kitchen staff need help.. this isn't the first time I've been to this location and the food is barely luke warm.. and flavorless...
