I've eaten all over the map, and even visited very many DD&D's from Guy Fiery's tv show.
Had classic sandwich with fries today for the first time. I was stunningly FLOORED by how fantastic both these were. I was halfway through the fries and forgot I had a sandwich waiting for me. Crispy crunchy outside and buttery smooth potato inside. This tater has extra natural potato flavour, nicely seasoned and a highly unique shape that allows for the crunchiness. The oil used is of good quality neutral flavour, what I mean is you can't taste the oil used to fry it. Best fries in Ontario.
The chicken sandwich is a sight to behold. It's huge and the first thing you think of when unwrapping it is how to best start eating this mountain. Highly memorable unwrapping experience.
Upon first bite, the first flavours are of the crunchy yet tender buttery flavoured chicken. Then everything else starts dancing in the mouth. A welcoming party of coleslaw, honey mustard, pickles, all of which enhance the experience.
What happened next was I forgot I had those delicious fries still.
No seating awarded only 4/5 stars but guess what, this forced me to focus on the meal instead of being potentially distracted by other patrons eating inside, all in the same food trance as me. I wouldn't want others to see my eyes rolling back in ecstasy either.
I will return, in force with my gang of friends and family to wow them, and be the cool guy that brought this into their lives. I'll even pay for anyone I bring if it's their first time, because let's face it, free food tastes better for some reason.
The staff were very friendly. The place was super clean looking. It had a nice vibe with neat signage. It was busy which means fresh food turnover. The menu was simple and not hard to choose from. Prices were fair. Parking was the only challenge.
I'm looking forward to going back. I actually called them today to congratulate on my first experience and thank them, because frankly, you can't find this anywhere in town, or a few hundred km away for that matter.

Read more[Edit 2] - I've eaten here a few more times... these are delicious. I must have been having an off day before, so I'll leave the old review in to show my change. These chicken sandwiches are actually delicious, and don't feel as huge as they did at the start. I actually highly recommend it.
[Edit] - It's been an hour, and I feel quite full and heavily lethargic. Like, put me to sleep kind of feeling. Food was still delicious, no question, but definitely too large and too filling, so that's a purely subjective condition that might be unique to me... so personal preference, I need to drop the food rating a bit, because it's just too much. If that's your thing though, you won't be disappointed.
If I could separate the rating for "food" vs "price" I would. Definitely, this is an excellent chicken sandwich. Superior, even. At least as far as flavor goes. Very juicy, very crispy. However, they're huge. Like, comically large for a chicken burger. If that's your thing, enjoy it, because it's delicious. But there's something to be said for a simple chicken burger with just dill pickles, and mayonnaise as well. The Nashville Hot (Original, but spicy) has a massive piece of chicken, lots of pickles, and a generous serving of coleslaw. It's extremely tasty... but also incredibly sloppy because of the amount of sauce on the coleslaw and as a result, the burger. From a quality perspective, this is the only turn off - just too big and too sloppy. I also got buffalo fries, which had a massive pile of sauce on top, almost too much to enjoy the fry. I normally like lots of sauce, but this was just a bit too much. The price of this coming to $24 + tax is pretty steep. $13.75 for a burger, and $11 for fries. We all know about the economy and inflation, but it's a bit steep for something so difficult to eat, and it almost felt like the sauce was overpowering everything else. You also can't dine in, so it's going to get cold as you take it home, or back to work. I'd recommend it if you're hungry and need a...
Read moreSo the reason for my 3 star review... I had an appointment near BTRMLK yesterday so we parked in the lot facing the entrance. While my boyfriend waited for me he noticed that it was very busy and when we googled, the first thing we saw was best fried chicken in London so figured we would try. Well, we went in and right away I got a nice vibe, good music and it smelled super delish. My boyfriend ordered a chicken sandwich and I ordered buffalo Mac-N-Cheese, The person taking our order asked if I would like regular chicken or hot, I opted for regular. We waited a bit but it was fine cause I enjoyed the music.. lol.. we got our order and headed home which is Sarnia. As we were driving I opened the bag and prepped my man's sandwich so he could eat it as he drove.. then I opened my Mac N cheese only to discover they gave me hot chicken which would not have been a problem at all had there not also been tons of onions (which I did not ask for) as well as what I'm assuming was blue cheese sauce drizzled on top.. we were too far away to turn back as traffic in the area was horrendous due to the time of day and construction in the area.. I tried to eat around the blue cheese sauce and tolerate the onions but just couldn't with the amount that was on there. Anyway, I do plan on trying this place again when in the area. I paid just over $40.00 with tip which I think would've been worth it had I got what I ordered.. I just want to say to the person making the food, please pay attention to the orders and look at the receipts before putting the food in the bags.. thank you and have a...
