Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Ontario

I’ve been to this location several times ! I use to work here as well , ever since they have gotten new management, and new cooks the food is definitely not the same as it was when I started working there .

I am usually not one to make rude comments or anything but definitely wish the food was better . I ordered yesterday 2 chicken wraps and they were sloppy as hell , the fries are not cooked long enough , the tenders are great … I love the people there , but honestly the cook should wait until the stoves beep to take the food off ! …

Also I haven’t been working there for nearly a year , which I have done my research and after 6 months of getting fired you’re allowed to reapply , I got wrongfully fired ! Which still to this day I have never gotten answers ! … the manager ( Karen ) is the one who keeps denying my applications , which is wrong . Just because you have a problem with me doesn’t mean I am not allowed to...

I never have a good experience with this store. Staff is so so. Usually forgot the order and the manager doesn't know what she doing.and it wosrt when I order fish meal.

First time, they forgot my order after 3-4 people in and out and they back to asked me what I waiting for. And then they start to deep-fried my fish. The second time come to order fish.confirm and paid. Then manager come out. Said they don't severe fish sandwiches 🥪 anymore....(so I guess they just decided now because staff still take my order and I actually paid)

then after silent moment. I asked do they have fish and chips” yes.” Do they have Chicken sandwich “yes” so can I order chicken sandwich with fish instead chicken??? The app said $17.99 and I was charged $23, without my consent. They charged me for the poutine but only 1 showed up on the app. And I got food poisoning ! Please, do not go here! They won’t sub items and there’s no sign saying they don’t. The pop was like water. The night staff are rude. And when you try to contact head office they tell you a manager will contact you and then you never hear from them. They also are missing items a lot of the time (blackened ranch and beans and rice). The cashier laughed in my face when I asked to sub the pops and biscuits for one side of gravy and he replied “don’t you drink pop? Are you serious?”. I used to work at Popeyes and it’s 35 cents off for each pop and biscuit. They just want to keep all of their money 💰 and they do not care about your preferences. I will not...
