I always do a mobile order and today the girl with glasses and brown hair was having to much of a social chat with her coworker to want to help me. When I put my hand up and said excuse me I need to cinnamon I asked for in my drink she was rude and said āwell Iām not touching the drink againā (I havenāt touch the cup yet š¤ so I said ok and took lid off. She was very rude and annoyed bcz she wanted to continue chatting about her life with the guy she was working with the long brown hair and bandanna on his head. Heās mostly cheerful when I come in. Her being rude is going to make me go to another store. I always spend $20 each visit easily. I can give my money to a store whose employees have manners and want to help customers. Was she rude because I wasnāt dressed up fancy? Itās Sunday March 13/2022 my day off and even still no one should be rude to a customer just asking for their order to be made how they asked. Very disappointed today. They get one more chance and I switch store and share my experience on all my social media sites because no one should be ignorant to customers. Before leaving I said cheer up my dear and have a great day and she knew at that point I didnāt appreciate her ignorance. Be kind to others is so easy !!! Lastly refusing to fix a drink unless I took lid off is wrong and thatās the second time this store has done that. Make the drink right and stop talking and pay attention and you wonāt have to fix drinks. Next time Iām asking...

Came and asked for mobile order; the barista told me "the sticker machine is broken/stuck" and i'm thinking then why not turn it off for simple reason so people won't order mobile if it's broken. There's two peoples ahead for me, I'm sure they mobile wasn't finished too and they have to waited another 15-20 minutes for their drinks to finished. A guy was so angry he had to left and i'm sure he was going to be late for his work. And I decide either to wait or leave without my order.... I decide to leave cuz I don't have another 15-20 minutes to waited for my order and I'm 5 minutes late for my work. I never had experienced like this in all starbucks in London. I would recommend go to Wonderland Rd S, and Commission. Tonight I'm going email starbucks head office about this issues and getting my money back... this shouldn't be like this to any...

Then why was I able to order. Was told oh we can make it regular. I said canāt have the caffeine. All I got was a oh no sorry . Just go to the register and get your refund. Get there and the guy had the sticker in his hand and still only refunds me for the drink . Not the extras. I was late for work after all this with no coffee. This is not the first time I have had a problem . They ran out of almond milk for like 3 days then there was the sugar free syrup they ran out of . Plz address these issues. Also another time I ordered she forgot all about my egg bites again had to wait .why am I having to wait when I pre order and why on earth are you running out of decaf coffee .come on Starbucks DO BETTER!
