Starbucks — Restaurant in Ontario

I was in this store on Christmas Eve and although there are a lot of post about my experience on this Store locations Facebook page .

I'm voicing my mine now that Christmas is over because I let the young man who was working that day ruin enough of mine and my daughters Christmas Eve

My daughter and I stopped at the Starbucks after shopping for some last minute groceries. I told my daughter to put the cart off to the side with the others that were there but I told her to make sure it was out of people's way as there was a lady behind us on a scooter.

The young guy behind the counter said "umm no she can't leave that there she needs to move it"

When I stated that there are other carts there he claimed his manager just told him my cart needed to be moved" (there was no manager around and I was standing right there no one told him anything!

He then proceeded to open hand toss my change at me .. it landed all in between the cash register and the wires and he had to pick it all up and when I said "did you seriously just do that he said "Yup I did"

He continued to yelling me about the cart that was next to 3 other carts while he and his Co-worker were making mine and my daughters drink and when I questioned why it was only me and my daughter he was giving a hard time to he had no answer and I told him he should be ashamed for yelling at my 9yr old for doing what I told her to because I didn't know it wasn't allowed

He in a very nasty tone turned to my daughter and said "it's okay honey, you seem like you could be a very sweet girl" ... very condescending and sarcastic

And when my daughters drink was handed to me it was all leaking out the top and down the side on to my hand and when I brought this to his attention he yelled at me again and said "Did I make make that one??? No I didn't " He than refused to give me a refund because i told him at this point I didn't want anything from him ... and when I asked for a manager he said "No" and told me I could just call and to "have fun with that"

I know people know what I did next and for that I'm sorry but he had me in tears and honesty it's not the first time he has bullied me and it was Christmas Eve and I was just trying to give my daughter a nice day.

I have cerebral palsy and a lazy eye and when we were at the same store back in November he made comments about my eye and that it's rude not to look people in the eye. And laughed at me.

We hadn't been back since due to this but it was Christmas Eve and my daughter loves Starbucks at Christmas... He chose to target me about the cart .. maybe he thinks I'm weak so he can ... but I've been through things and survived things, most people only have nightmares about... He should really be careful how he treats people

All of your bad reviews have to do with poor customer service and rude cashier's (at Starbucks) That should tell you something and rude service at the Starbucks will make the whole store in general look...

Unpleasant experience with this unit. They are simply refusing to scan people's Starbucks rewards. The lady said they don't have to do do it because they are a franchise. (They had signs all over instructing people on how to download the app and all, and they still have the scanner there). What's the point of existing under the Starbucks name, if you aren't going to behave like a Starbucks restaurant? This unit opened recently and It's already behaving like it doesn't want to exist. Of course the lady working that is just an employee, and she's by no means responsible for this higher up decision. She was nice In the was she explained, an it's clear that she's just...

There is one employee at this location who got my order wrong and then accused me of ordering the wrong thing. I pointed to the picture behind him and told him that was what I wanted. He lied and said I asked for something else. He yelled at me in front of other customers.

I always stop at this location after grocery shopping and bring my family home drinks. I will never stop here again. Watch out for the young guy with the dyed blonde hair. He acts overly friendly until he makes a mistake and blames...
