Extremely disappointing and poor customer service from the manager. I ordered a huge burrito for take out, which was about $17, and when I got home and opened it up it was a small. A small burrito is significantly smaller and cheaper than the huge so I called back right away and told the people working there that they got my order wrong. The women who made my burrito checked my order and admitted she made a mistake and that the next time I come in I will be able to order a huge burrito at no charge. I went in today, which is the next day, and I was told to wait to speak to the manager, who proceed to tell me I was a liar. I was told he checked the camera and that I was given what I ordered (which is not correct) and he tried calling me back the same night to let me know. This is in fact a lie as I showed proof on my phone that I did not get a phone call from him.

Read moreUsually it's a good late night quick dinner but last night I purchased 2 burritos and I got them home and began eating them (they were made very similar) but the second one had a strange taste to it and I'm not a picky person but this just didn't taste right so I returned to the location I purchased them from and asked for a refund on the one burrito (which was tge cheaper of the 2) to which the employee said he would gladly do after he finished with the other customer, upon waiting another employee came over and said she had to call her manager. After waiting she returned and said that she cannot give me a refund as she said the meat was all from the same batch and she cannot help.... I found the whole situation was a brush off and a waste of my time and money which was $31 for 2 burritos and nothing else.

You know how dangerous it is to start to making a bowl for delivery and putting something (noddles) on it and then realizing that the customer did not want that item ( noddles) on it and then the worker removes the noddles with his hands and throws them in the garbage but keeps the rest of the stuff that he already had on the bowl in it and keeps building the bowl What about if the customer is allergic to noddles??? Like me if that was shrimp it would be so dangerous because I’m allergic to it The point is if you make the mistake of putting something on the food you are preparing for the customer throw it out don’t keep preparing the same food as the customer could be allergic to that item and the customer wouldn’t even know that item touched...
