Firehouse Subs Windsor Huron Church — Restaurant in Ontario

I placed a large order with Firehouse Subs for delivery, it was over $150 I spent for the order. They delivered the food but forgot to bring our drinks. When I called to tell them they forgot the drinks, they told me that we didn't order any drinks. I told them I ordered combos which come with drinks ... I received the chips which is part of the combo. They said the combo is chips only. I was absolutely baffled as I clearly selected the drinks during the order process. After they put me on hold they came back and said their system forgot to process the drinks or something like that ... Okay I told them I want the drinks and they said they have no drivers to deliver them out I then spoke to the manager, I believe his name was Pritosh and he told me he will provide me with a "free combo" for the inconvenience

Fast forward 2 weeks later, I visited Firehouse to take them up for their offer for the free combo When I mention this, the person there tells me that they'll give me the two fountain drinks I never received, not bottles First of all, any time you order a delivery they are supposed to give you bottled drinks not fountain drinks. Fountain drinks are for people who dine in and use the self serve They wanted to give me 2 fountain drinks and refused to give me the bottles

What's even worse, is when I brought up the free combo I was offered, I was told that would just be a fountain drink and a small bag of chips. They weren't giving me the free sandwich. Absolutely unacceptable. So for all my inconvenience they essentially offered me a small bag of chips

Look at the end of the day, I get people are human and mistakes happen. But there's proper ways to deal with things. I'm not trying to get free food, this is what I was offered when I was told I'd get a 'free combo' But they are trying to tell me that it meant just a free chips and fountain drink. This is basically a slap to the face

This place has absolute abysmal customer service and doesn't know how to make customers happy. It's a shame because their food is actually good. I don't think I'll ever order from this...

I strongly recommend that no one buy from Firehouse Subs. My experience was unacceptable from start to finish. I paid extra for several add-ons, and not only did they not include them, they completely disregarded what I specifically ordered and paid for. Even worse, the sandwich didn’t contain any turkey at all, the entire reason I ordered it. There was literally no meat in the sub. On top of that, the gravy, which was supposed to be part of the sandwich, was also missing. This wasn't a small mistake or a one-off issue, it was a complete failure to fulfill a basic order. I spent extra money and received something I didn’t ask for and couldn’t eat. That’s not just poor service, that’s taking customers’ money without delivering the product. Ordered their limited time Cajun chicken sub. It definitely was quite expensive but had the quality. Great service from Mrunal and Paritosh.

They have their pulled chicken in steamer, which keeps it a whole lot fresher than keeping outside on the display. Because of that, the spices are mixed very well within the chicken rather than just a coating over it.

They don't bake their bread in store but they do toast it on the belt which makes it perfectly crisp from outside but soft from inside.

Sub is wrapped in a paper, which is then kept inside a paper box. Now this is a game changer. Avoids spills and all the mess.
