During the pandemic I am trying to spend more of my money at locally owned establishments and I am opened to trying new things. As a vegetarian I will review a menu to make sure there is some for me to eat. We arrived at the restaurant and there were no other customers. I thought this was odd at noon on a busy street. I ordered the vegan chicken sandwich. And a cup of cheesecake. The sandwich arrived 15 minutes later. Which was a bit long, but whatever. Pros: Friendly staff, they know their regulars by name and the prices are fair.. to say the least. (Would be nice to see a price drop, just a little on select sandwiches)
Cons: Cheecos display that they are open for most of the week but the last few time I've called they have been closed. A little frustrating when you try to order from a local business and they are closed for the day.
My opinion, maybe make a sign and disclaim that the hours of operation may change due for whatever reason so your regulars and customers know when to stop by so they aren't wasting their lunch break running around to see what is fast and...

The customer service is excellent.
I ordered a sandwich, whose name escapes me, but it was truly delicious, except for the bun, which seemed a bit dry, perhaps stale.
However, the sandwich was generously filled with ingredients, making it the best one I've had so far.
I also tried the onion rings, which would be perfect for those who enjoy crunchiness, although I wasn't a fan personally.
Overall, it's a nice local spot worth checking out.
