Baskin Robbins — Restaurant in Ontario

I went to this place to buy icecream and i asked them how much they charger for cake with photo on it and they said $4.99, so 4 days later i went there to order a cake with photo on it, the girl at this place told me that it's not $4.99 its $10.99, i explained her that one of your employee gave me this price 4 days a go when I came to get icecream, and then asked me to give description of that employee and show the receipt when you were here. I gave her description and after wasting my 10 minutes i found the receipt and showed her but she refused to give the same price which i was given and she didn't even bother to call anyone to discuss the issue, so we left the place without ordering anything, i don't mind paying $10.99 but i like to pay the price i was given. I'm not going back...

I’ve made the 30 km trip to my nearest Baskin Robbins three times this month just to try the flavour of the month – strawberry tres leches cake – and every single time, it’s been sold out. I went between 5 to 6 pm each time, which isn’t even that late in the day.

I get that things can run out once in a while, but if you’re promoting a special flavour for the month, it should be available. Once is understandable, twice is frustrating, but three times? That’s just poor inventory planning. I feel completely disappointed and misled.

The staff at the store have been great every time, so this isn’t about them. My issue is entirely with the lack of availability of a product you’re actively promoting. Either manage stock better or stop advertising flavours that are...

I probably go to Baskin Robbins about once a month or so and this is the location that is the most convenient for me in relation to my work and home. The place is clean on the inside and out with plenty of parking and the location is easy to get to. The ice cream is always so good and it's probably good that I don't live closer so should probably with a whole lot more than I currently do LoL. The ice cream can get pretty expensive but I do understand why as the quality is always top notch. And the end of each month you can get pints of ice cream at a discount so with a little pre-planning you can save...
