We were extremely disappointed with the service this afternoon. From finding a hair in my husbands food, to being compensated $2.25 for the inconvenience and then waiting 15 mins to speak with the manager that never showed up!! Needless to say, if I could give less than 1 star I would. I have never been to restaurant where a HAIR in your meal, didn't result in I'm so sorry, and either a free meal, and or at least the manager coming out to apologize. ESPECIALLY during COVID where you expect cleanliness and extreme attention to detail with your food should be top of mind. The waitress did offer to have the meal recooked, but she didn't offer anything else, like "would you like something else? or right off the bat saying "this is on the house" . My husband decided to not have his meal recooked, as we had already waited for the meal to come and he had 1 French fry before noticing the hair, by that point we were starving and didn't want to wait for another meal to be prepared. At the end of the meal she had taken off 15% of the steak sandwhich............which resulted in $2.25 off the entire meal????? That didn't even cover half a beer. If he had chosen to have the meal recooked, it would have cost them double, as the original meal would be thrown out and a new one recooked, so she thought 15%=$2.25 off the meal was enough? The whole experience was extremely poor and so we decided to speak to the manager, we waited 15 mins and then asked the hostess again to get the manager and our original waitress came out and said "sorry, the manager is very busy and can't come out to talk to us because he is cooking because it's our third day open and we are so busy"........ we told her that we didn't 15% was acceptable and she proceeded to argue with us in front of other customers saying " if we were that upset about it, we should have told her, and she would have remade the meal". I understand errors happen as no restaurant is perfect, however when you work in customer service, and the food industry, and you have paying customers choosing to come to your patio and supporting your business and the experience results in the already mentioned issues???? That is joke. We told her we would never be back after that experience and she said "that's your choice...

Horrible experience. I ordered a mojito which tasted like soda water, i had asked it be re-made which it was and then tasted like flat sprite. My fiance ended up drinking it to not be wasteful. The manager then came over to say that it wouldn't be flat because Coca-Cola comes in to set the machine. It felt very accusatory and like we were being given an excuse when all I wanted was it to be made right because it was 8 dollars and those machines can run out of syrup and carbonation.. the manager also reeked of cigarettes, i had to hold my breath while he was talking to us. Then we received our mains, i had wings, ribs and fries. The wings were okay minus one pure fat one, the ribs were dry like they were sitting for an hour, and the fries were soft and tasted old. My fiance ordered a steak, medium rare with onion and mushrooms, mashed potatoes and asparagus. The potatos and asparagus he said were fine but they didnt give him the onion or mushrooms and i tried a piece of his steak. The middle was cooked right but you couldn't actually taste it because it was so charred on the outside it tasted like they cleaned the grill with his steak. I gave 2 rating for service because the waitress was friendly but how she was talking with us just seemed like thats how the quality of the food always is. As we were leaving, we saw the manager having another smoke. Sorry but if the food and drinks were that awful, he should be inside managing...

I had the pleasure of visiting crabby Joe’s Bar and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that instantly set the tone for a great evening. The decor is modern yet cozy, and the ambiance strikes the perfect balance between lively and relaxed.

The menu offers a wonderful variety of dishes and drinks, each one crafted with care and creativity. Whether you're in the mood for a refreshing cocktail or a comforting bite to eat, they have something for every taste. I was particularly impressed with steak,which was packed with flavor and beautifully presented.

What really sets this place apart, however, is the service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening.

Overall, crabby is the perfect spot for a night out with friends, a date, or even just a solo dinner. I highly recommend it and can’t...
